Steve returned my call within just a few minutes of me leaving him a voicemail, and I was able to schedule a time for a free estimate on that same call. Such a convineient concept! I am a new mom, and when I noticed my brakes acting off in my Infiniti, I was dreading having to wait at a dealership or an auto repair place for hours w my infant. Steve came to my place of work (while kiddo was in daycare) and gave me an estimate and fixed my brakes with in 2 hours in the parking lot of my work. So easy, and now I can drive stress free knowing my car is in great mechanical condition. He can machine rotors, change oil, fix key problems, and much more right on the spot. Thank goodness for all the "Steves" of this world! He's reliable, trustworthy, fair and convenient just to name a few. Making an appointment with him was a cinch. He showed up on time and completed the work on my Infiniti much quicker than I anticipated. Rather than upcharging me for a new power steering pump, he suggested we start with some banjo fitting washers first, as this is a common issue for power steering fluid leaks. He even put dye in the system in case the issue isn't solved and we need to track down the leak again. So glad that we found someone local and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again! I was having a problem with the steering column power tilt on my 2010 G37. This is the type of problem where you really want an expert in Infiniti's. I normally get it serviced by the dealer, but just knew it was going to be $$$$. Luckily, I found Steve's reviews on the internet. I left a message on a Friday at 4:00 pm, he contacted me within the hour and we set up an appt. To make a long story short: he came to my office, did a quick diagnosis and gave me a fair quote.
