I said if I am going to pull the pan again, I'm going to get a PPE pan first. The truck didn't move. You told me flat out you wanted to pull the pan and didn't check the level. You never mentioned not having the fluid in stock anyway. I have already taken the truck to the dealer and they said the fluid looked fine. It was actually a bit high still... the said you guys overfilled the trans and that is why it puked the fluid. The root cause ended up being the tune, which isn't something you guys had anything to do with. At the end of the day your version of events is not accurate.

They completed my oil change quickly, but what really impressed me was that they took the time to point out that my key fob battery was getting low before it became a problem. The biggest surprise was when I mentioned I had been struggling to reconnect my phone to my car's Bluetooth. The manager came out, took a look, and had it connected in less than two minutes! That level of customer service went far beyond what I expected during a routine oil change. It's rare to find a business that's not only fast and knowledgeable but also willing to help with something completely unrelated just because they care about their customers. A message kept flickering on my dashboard and I figured the car needed to be checked ASAP. When I arrived at work, I checked the area around me on Yelp and Google and Desertmotive popped up with the absolute best ratings and reviews so I called them and they said to swing by. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by their nice manager, Chad who was very friendly. I shared what was wrong and he immediately took the car in to be checked. Within a few minutes, I was told what was the problem and how much it would cost to fix it as well as how long it'll take. I left my car there because I had to return to work and at exactly the time they said the car would be done, I received a phone call informing me that the car was ready. I picked up the car a little later after I made the payment and I was good to go. This was the most efficient car service I have received in a very long time! I hope I never have car trouble again but if I do, I am so lucky I have an excellent provider right by my office!
