If you want scuff marks on your brand new car with a dose of incredibly inferior service come to this place. They are certainly not equipped to handle high end metallic paint cars....if you have a high end car and you care about your money, go to touchless, their so called "soft cloth" is sandpaper. I took my car here trusting the reviews and unfortunately noticed so many scuff marks on the roof and the sides. People here have no concept of customer service especially when they get busy. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband waited for an hour to get the outside and the interior of the car washed but it looked the same as before - and I can tell, we have a 4year old! All they did was vacuuming the floors and maybe the seats superficially. The stains on the seats and the dashboard were untouched. Let alone, they left towels in the car and didn't clean the outside at all. Ended up doing it myself - I'm 37wks pregnant. Never going there again. read more

BEWARE Apparently if you have 7 punches on your Infinity " buy 7 washes get 1 free" card , and Manager disagrees, you get flipped out on, sent threw the wash and told hes not playing games and literslly bands you from coming back!!!! Ny husband tried to speak to Manager after and offered to pay the $24 for the VIP wash that he gets every time. He refused to let him.pay. Wrote our plate number down and put OUT" next to it. A pretty extreme move with attitude to a frequent customer who followed this carwash to anothet location. When the oiwner was called, whom we always considered a polite man, i found it disturbing that he admitted that he knew both me & my husband were regular customers BUT, my husband was the one in the wrong for questioning said Manager about why his card wasnt punched at a ptevious wash. Is it wrong to ask a simple question? And to be put in a catagory of others that he claims take advantage of him by asking for their money back ? You just lost a top paying customer p lus 1. On a last niote, our secretary pulled our company ctedit card. Amazing how many times we bioth have been there. Moving forward , Infinity carwash should respect a customers right to ask a perfectly legit question and not take it personally! Maybe, just maybe, someione isnt punching these cards out of spite when questioned about it. If we were trying to rip you off for the free washed we deserved, we wouldbt have offered to pay for it. read more

Owner, Mike, and his team member, Craig, recently "made my day". My 2014 Jeep crossed the line of a freshly painted highway and my wheel wells and side molding revealed the excess white paint. I did not notice the damage for a week or so. Since I am a regular customer at Infinity, i brought my Jeep to Infinity. They "exceeded my expectations" in restoring my Jeep to "pristine conditions". The service was "top notch" and their pricing was fair and honest. It is no surprise to me that they were recently Voted #1 Car Wash by the readers of the Union Leader. Thank you Infinity. The staff is friendly. I agree with the reviews. I brought my car in because I was showing it for sale. I explained this and was told to do the vip wash and the "vacuum and windows" would get me there. I was told they wipe down the door jambs, but I am not sure they did. I have a black car so I knew I would have to do some more exterior cleaning when I got home. The car was not that dirty to start. When I got home there were spots around the body. Not water spots but some other spots which made the bottom third of the car have shiny dots. Inside the car was not very clean. I had to redo 2 windows and clean the carpet under the mats. Honestly I appreciated that the guy got it done quick as I was waiting. It was done in 10 minutes. However it was done at the cost of not getting it clean. I spent almost an hour when I got home just to get it to an 8 out of 10. The 10 minutes is not worth $20 in my opinion. The exterior is fine for an automated wash. read more

They do such a great job this place, my car always looks awesome. This place recently came under new management and the new managers are always there, working hard. You can tell that they work very hard for their business, and their customers. The prices are reasonable, especially for the great job that the wash does. This was a really good experience. I used a coupon from Spectrum magazine and decided to try the place out. Lines were long, but moved at a reasonable pace. Staff worked hard and did nice work. They have several wash options which was nice AND you get a free token to vacuum the interior. Great value for the money. I am going back. read more
