We experienced a deck leak causing water to drip into our kitchen ceiling. They performed a water test and found 4 locations where water was coming in. They repaired the leaks, placed fans to dry the ceiling, repaired numerous holes that were cut into the ceiling and painted the entire ceiling. Complete Builders staff preforming the work were very nice, very receptive to our wants and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance. I'm delighted with my bathroom remodel! It was a complete gut job with shower wall reconstructed to include sliding window in an older, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom house. Frank, Owner, & Margaret, Assistant, worked with me to order all the materials, fixtures, vanity, toilet, etc. in advance so that the job would be completed in 7 days. I was pleased that the original quote for the job was very close to what I paid. I knew that once the walls were opened, issues would most likely emerge that would add to the cost. Sure enough, the beams supporting the floor and shower wall were compromised and needed to be replaced. Frank sent me photos of the beams, advised me of the cost and received my approval prior to replacing. The quality of the work performed for the whole job was first-rate and all the workmen were courteous and friendly.
