I feel so lucky to have found phenomenal Lash artist *KENNEDY* when she was at another salon in another town and I didn't hesitate to follow her to H Salon & Spa. The picture I sent to the hair dresser and the color style I ended up with was very different. The color I showed her was an all over dark brown with medium brown highlights. My hair seemed brassy outdoors, it was lighter than what I showed her, and just not the same style. I'm leaving four stars just because maybe it was more so a communication issue but I'm surprised how different it is from the picture. read more

Very disappointed with service today. I asked for a 2 inch trim, refresh my long layers, and a v shape. The stylist cut way more than 2 inches, layers are basically nonexistent, and there is hardly any v shape. It looks more like a blunt cut. My hair was needing a trim but I was not expecting that much hair loss especially without the shape I wanted. Definitely cried in my car after my appointment and probably won't return. read more

She will go above and beyond to meet your lash needs. Even when you think your lashes look phenomenal her need to be perfect and give you dream lashes will take over and she will work until your lashes are flawless. She will never make you feel rushed unlike other lash artists who pencil you in for specific time limits and refuse to work over the allotted time. The manager Stacy is a very dishonest person. I phoned on the 4th of July and left a voicemail that I was going to need to reschedule my July 6th appointment to the week after. Due to my new work schedule. I never heard back from them. I phoned back again on July 6th referring to the message. I had left them over the holiday giving them 48 hours notice of needing to reschedule my appointment please to be respectful of the salon and their beauticians schedules. I then was placed on hold and Stacy the manager came to the phone. She accused me of lying and said I never called and never gave any notice and kept repeating herself that her worker is out of money due to what I did. I kept explaining politely that I absolutely called over the holiday. I have proof in my cell phone, date and time of call. They're claiming they never received a voicemail. She started raising her voice and was very abusive on the phone. I have never ever seen anything so outrageous in my life regarding a hair salon appointment that I respectfully had to reschedule with plenty of notice. This dishonesty and accusations and verbal abuse is unacceptable. The manager Stacy should be reprimanded somehow by the owner. I would be happy to write a letter to the owner, but I don't want to waste my time. I would not recommend this salon and be aware that if you leave a voicemail several days ahead to move your appointment or change it, make sure that you get them to answer the phone if they're open or they will accuse you of lying and being dishonest read more

I went to Hill Crest Salon last week because my regular stylist had to go out of town for a family emergency. I will never go there again!!!! I went in and showed Amber a picture on her phone and she cut my hair the way she thought it would look good. I HATE IT!!!! worst haircut I have ever had in my entire life. I cried and I am embarrassed to go in public. If you like being over charged, wait in the lobby for 30 minutes past your appointment time and like a stylist who won't listen to you then Hill Crest is the place for you. Absolutely terrible. I went in wanting a perm, and Kerri my stylist did absolutely nothing I asked. She cut my hair without asking, and the salons price list said it would cost $80. Turned out my total came to $135 and I absolutely HATE how my hair turned out. Don't know what I need to do to get a refund but I am not happy at all. If I could give 0 stars, trust me, I would!!!
