This is a scam company. They told me they were Expedia, pretended to refund my flight, booked me a new flight but refused to send me the confirmation, and then charged me double the flight cost. Googled royal caribbeans reservation phone number because I needed to book over the phone since I am a Hardrock employee so I get discounts through royal caribbean but it has to be over the phone. Google somehow messed up and gave me infinitys number. Called and could hear well in being so keep asking is this royal. Mike said yes more than once. I thought it was weird but he knew the information for the ship and told me they use sub companies or something similar to that. I asked about my hardrock discount and other discounts being offered by royal this week and was told that my room was the last room on the ship and that's why it was so much more. I was also told that the price was also higher than the website bc taxes, grat, and port fee wasn't included on the website. It's my husband birthday during the cruise and our first trip as newlyweds so I scrambled and booked and was like okay it's through royal so I will just look everything over and verify with them once I got logged into the app and seen the breakdown. Started looking at the paperwork which said infinity and googled them and boom I booked through a travel agency and was lied to that it was royal. So I called back and ask the man why he lied. He argued with me and told me I couldn't have got it cheaper bc it was the last room on the ship. Guess what! I got charged over 700 dollars more than I would have if booking online. Called up Infinity Travel on 5/19/23 to cancel a delta flight for my wife. I spoke to Infinity agent Victor D Cruz Victor cancelled my flight reservation in error along with my wife's. Victor lied to me from 8:30pm- 10:30pm telling me he was going to restore my flight ticket and he never corrected the ticket error and left work leaving my ticket cancelled. I had to call Infinity and speak to another agent who had to get me a new ticket with Delta and charged me an additional $270 for the change in ticket plus $200 Infinity fees all for a mistake Infinity agent Victor D Cruz made. I needed to cancel a flight. I Googled the airline and this number popped up. The gentleman at the other end was eager to help me. After 45 minutes off and on hold, and my supplying a lot of personal information, the flight was cancelled and my miles reinstated. Then I was told it cost me a$199 cancellation fee. Since the flight had been changed by the airline and no longer worked for me, I felt no fee should be charged. The gentleman dropped it to$149. Only then did he tell me the charge would appear as Infinity Travel on my credit card. I thought it odd that the airline used a travel agency to cancel flights! I was so tired of the delays that I agreed. I checked my credit card and saw the charge and the reinstatement of my miles. He did accomplish the task, but my ignorance of procedures in canceling a flight cost me an extra $149. that the airline would not have charged me. I don't trust a company that uses deceptive practices to get customers. He knew I thought I was talking to the airline. We have been booking our India tickets through Infinity for past 7-8yrs and always had wonderful experience no matter which agent did our booking. They are smart, quick and very efficient. This year with the pandemic, our experience have been extraordinary with them. Thus I feel compelled to write a review. My father-in-law passed away and my husband needed to travel urgently but we were having some visa issues. However, he felt like it was a good idea to call the travel agent to get idea on availability of ticket. Kullar was amazing and gave my husband tips on getting the visa issues sorted ASAP and got him a ticket to travel the very next day. In today's world, it's so hard to find people who will go above and beyond their job to help a random stranger. If it not for him, my husband would still be stuck here. I would give them negative starts if i could. Our flight back from India was delayed for more than 2 hours and we had to cancel our tickets to get new ones due to some reason. When we called the airlines they told us that they have endorsed the ticket for refund as the flight was delayed for more then 2 hours. They also told us to talk to the agent who issued the tickets to get the refund money back. After we came back and called infinity travels atleast 20 times we didn't get a single penny back from them. They kept delaying it and kept on telling us that they are not able to get any money from the airlines which we think is total crap. Would never ever buy tickets from them for the worst customer service and for eating up our money. Totally unethical and unprofessional. They also had refused to accept Credit card when we initially wanted to purchase ticket from them and then reluctantly agreed to do it when we told that we would buy the tickets from some place else. I have been getting tickets to India from Kullu ji for about ten years. He is patient, and attentive in learning your needs, directs you to right choices, helps in clarifying your thoughts. Best part is rates are lower than internet rates! I don't know how he does that. Just today I got a really good news. I bought Air India tickets to Delhi (from SFO) on 10/7/19 for $1570/- per ticket for total five tickets for journey scheduled in November Thanks Giving time. These tickets were nonrefundable with any change costing $350/- per person. Today I saw the rates drop to $1170/- per ticket at Air India website. I called Kullu ji at around 7.30 pm today, and he told me he will see what he can do. At 9.30 pm (stuck around in his office just for this) he called back and what he did is as follows: -He was able to cancel the tickets with $60/- per person. - He was able to get me fair of $1150/- per person!! Update on 4/11/2011 - I have to revise my rating down from 5 stars to 2 stars because this agent is giving us a hard time refunding our money for canceled tickets. The cancellation was due to medical emergency, and as per Kullar's verbal assurance before buying the ticket, we should have gotten a full refund. I can understand if the travel agent want's to retain $50 per ticket for their effort, but they are sitting on $500+ (for 2 tickets) and refusing to respond. Very unprofessional. Frankly, this was not expected of Kullar given our prior experience and repeated business with them. I am thoroughly disappointed. I know the times are hard as travel agents are becoming obsolete and cannot even match the online fares offered directly by airlines, but you don't swindle customers unreasonably to make money. We had to travel abroad on a short notice to attend a family function. There is just so much to do! I wanted to see if I can give away a hassle of booking my air travel to someone. Luckily, I got in touch with Neelam @ infinity travels. In few hours, she came back with best options that matched my criteria. I particularly liked an option that allows me to carry two check-in bags. I asked her to keep the ticket on hold for a day. To my surprise, she used her connections with airlines to get me special fares that were not available online. I was supposed to confirm the ticket by next day but could not do it until evening (after office hours). I was most impressed when she went to her office just to ensure that my tickets are issued before the hold is expired. Not only that she also took care of assigning seats and requesting special meals. What more you could ask for? Kudos to Neelam for her commitment for customer service! She deserves 5 stars. One time I had an issue with the British Airways & Visa Stamping and at least 4 times Mr. Kullar patiently joined a conference with me and BA CS team and suggested alternatives; he helped me out and made sure I did not pay any additional $$; he even very generously refunded and adjusted some amount on my next trip. I think they are more than incompetent.. they are dishonest. I tried to deal with them last week. They quoted the lowest price for a ticket on Singapore Airlines. When I asked them to go ahead and book the tickets, they came back and told me that the tickets weren't getting confirmed at that price and then sent me an itinerary for a higher price . There was no answer when I asked them how did they quote a low price, when they didn't have the ticket availability. They trick the customers into dealing with them by quoting the lowest fare , but ultimately push them into a higher fare bracket . This agency is not professional at the slightest. I used them to buy discounted tickets to India on Singapore AIrlines. They sent me an itinerary indicating confirmed tickets for the dates I wanted. When I contacted the airline today to check in via the internet, I was told that my 9-year old child was not on the itinerary. I contacted Infinity who gave me a different itinerary number for him. I called the airline back and they acknowledged that they did locate his name on the other itinerary but he was waitlisted for the return flight. I then called Infinity back and the reservation agent, Swati said that she had told me about this at the time of booking, which was totally untrue. When I protested, she referred me to her manager who put the blame on the airline. As of this writing, the issue is still unresolved. I wasted several hours on the phone because of this. In addition I couldn't check in on the internet as my child's separate itinerary makes him ineligible for internet check-in. In summary, I have had a terrible experience dealing with this travel agency. read more

I am writing to share recent experiences with Infinity. This is not the first time I have booked and flown thru them. Even though I moved away from CA, I still contacted them for this summer's travel. I purchased my tickets in March, not forseeing problems with getting visas to go to India. My travel date came and went and we did not have visas. The tickets had to be cancelled and rebooked. After what I read on yelp, I was very concerned about how Infinity would deal with this. But Kullar proved to be very helpful. He and Sangeeta worked with me to rebook the cancelled tickets, which was not easy given that availability in summer is impossible at the last minute. I had to be in constant phone contact with Kullar, but he came through, rebooked us, got us good dates and in terms of cancellation fees, actually saved us a lot. I did pay cancellation fees, but not as much as I thought (or Kullar said) it would be. Kullar said he would do his best to minimize the damage, and he did. I know experiences differ with different people, but I would not hesitate to contact Kullar or Infinity Travel again. read more
