We call and explain the problem with the laptop to the owner, Gilbert. He meets us at the shop, takes the laptop but doesn't pop off the back off for a 10-sec look. He hands my son a form to fill out saying that it would be $65. Luckily we pressed him on what we got for $65. FOR $65 he turns the laptop over pulls the back off (screws already removed BTW) looks at the port. Which needs to be soldered back on. I am SO grateful I found this little computer shop! My Samsung computer completely died and would…read morenot turn on at all. I use this computer for my work, my writing, and so many important files. Unfortunately I had never backed everything up onto a flash drive. Needless to say, I was freaking out! I found Human Computer because of all the great reviews, and now I completely understand why they have such a great reputation.
