We wanted a quick coffee and we only had a few minutes to pick one so I googled what coffee shops were around me in this one popped up and we went and I gotta tell you this is one of the best cups of coffee I've had in a long time. Really enjoyed it.! Ordered a couple pastries, but haven't tried them yet

The vibes are really on point! It's a really quiet shopping center even on a Saturday. They have a lot of menu options so I did get a bit overwhelmed but I'm happy with what I got. I love the cups they use for non togo orders. I do wish for the food they had bigger napkins but overall we had a great time.

I've been to other CFS coffee locations, and let me tell you; that Colombian coffee hits different! It's always good and they have a fun assortment of lattes, mochas and more to choose from. If you want a really fun (and fun to look at drink) try the rainbow lavender latte- the lavender taste is subtle and just right. I stopped here to pick up an order but the place was decorated so cutely. Unfortunately, it is pretty pricey. For even a simple omelette it was like $17-18, and every actual food item is around that price or more. So you can actually get a full meal and it's good food but not very affordable. The açaí protein bowls here are a really yummy and healthier option. They have some delicious pastry items as well!

I am a huge fan of CFS Coffee ("Coffee for the Soul"). I had not tried this location previously but met friends from out of town and this one did not disappoint. I had a breakfast sandwich was not he mark as usual and a Latte which was excellent. My friends love the place as well. The coffee here is Columbus's coffee and it really is Quietly far and above other places around town. The staff was friendly at this location too. The seating arrangement was good and relatively comfy, but to be honest there was no a terribly large selection of seating. I prefer the Oviedo location where there are plenty of places to sit and spread out over discussion - but this one did just fine.

Adorable Colombian brunch spot with a very welcoming ambiance. Our server was so friendly and attentive, the food was great, and of course the coffee was a 10/10.

What a cute place and how convenient to my apartment. I wanna love this place but I'm gonna be honest, the price is alone make me not love this place. We went in for a couple of iced coffees and a breakfast toast with peanut butter and fruit and a breakfast sandwich with egg and avocado and my bill was $48. I don't know what else I have to say about it because that's just insanity. The service was fine. The place is very clean. There's decent parking right now, but rumor that a Trader Joe's is going to be there as the anchor in that plaza, so parking will soon be an issue.

I didn't know what CFS stood for, I didn't know what to expect. As soon as I walked in and saw the beautiful sign I knew I picked a good cafe. This place is beautiful, clean, and you are greeted by the sweetest people. Their espresso was great, I also had their steak and eggs, it was delicious. Their pastries are so good, I had to stop myself from buying more. I will definitely go back and bring a friend!

Clean, local, and welcoming spot in Maitland. The coffee is excellent, and they also offer protein smoothies if you're looking for something different. Breakfast is decent overall -- the empanadas were just OK, but everything else hit the spot. What really makes this place shine is the atmosphere: free Wi-Fi, plenty of seating, and a relaxed vibe that makes it perfect for sitting down with a friend, catching up on work, or just enjoying a quiet cup of coffee.

stopped by CFS Coffee and tried their farmer coffee based on the worker's recommendation. It was okay--not bad, but nothing particularly special. I was hoping for a cute design, but it seems like that's not really their style. The inside is very nice and clean, but it's also small and super busy, which doesn't make it the best spot for studying or getting work done. If you're looking for a quick coffee stop in a nice atmosphere, it's worth a visit, but I'd probably try something different next time.

I drove by this after Pilates, and stopped by for a quick pick me up. This is a quiet little Colombian coffee shop with all kinds of Colombian goodies from arepas to pan de bono and more. They also have plates, so it's more than just snacks and pastries. I was pleased to find they had a protein coffee with 30 g of protein! I got it not knowing what to expect, but it was surprisingly good! It didn't taste powdery or have a weird texture. You can definitely tell there is protein in it, but it had a good vanilla/coffee flavor. It was just a little thicker than your usual latte. The staff here were very nice. The shop was nice and quiet with a lot of seating. It would be a great place to study or work for an hour or two!

Amazing fresh food and the staff were so nice and welcoming. I hope they consider opening a location in St. Cloud, FL someday. The coffee was a 10/10!

I really enjoy this Columbian Coffee shop. Friendly service and the coffee is delicious. I love the atmosphere inside for meeting with friends to talk or to do work.

Good coffee, food, and service! The lady that took our order was amazing. Super helpful and kind. My partner got the chicken pesto sandwich and loved it. I got the breakfast sandwich and also loved it. The food is high quality and well-presented. Oh, the lemon cake is delicious too. They have a variety of pastries in the display, including empanadas. There are also outlets near the tables and booths where you can hook your laptop up and work. We will be back!

We ended up sitting at the bar to avoid waiting for a table. The bar was really tight but we made it work. My friend ordered an espresso martini, and it was too milky. For our food, everything was excellent. The avocado toast was fresh and the eggs were perfectly over medium. The home fries were also perfectly crispy. My friend ordered the kale salad with chicken and we both agreed it was one of the best salads we've ever had. The kale was fresh, the chicken was very tender and the dressing was the perfect amount. Between the service and food, we had an excellent experience!

Stopped in at Briarpatch on Park Avenue for a weekday brunch to continue my birthday celebrations…read more Even for a standard weekday, the place was packed to the gills, which is par for the course here, though being seated right by the front door had its downsides. Our high-top caught the steady breeze of people cycling in and out, trading blasts of humid Florida air with AC, but it was manageable enough. Our server was solid and attentive, though the kitchen had a couple of operational hiccups. I ordered the fried green tomatoes to start, but they were forgotten until after our main plates had already landed on the table. When they arrived, the execution was decent. The batter didn't adhere well and slipped off the tomatoes, though the accompanying sauce carried the dish nicely. On the drink side, the virgin blackberry lemonade hit the mark completely: balanced, tart, and refreshing. The breakfast mains were where the kitchen redeemed itself. I built my meal around the bacon and mushroom omelette, which was formidable. It was fully loaded with bacon, cheese, peppers, onions, and mushrooms without feeling greasy or heavy. They had run out of biscuits, which was surprising for a brunch spot mid-shift, so I subbed in sourdough toast. The undisputed star of the meal was the side of cheese grits. I am notoriously particular about grits, restaurants almost always serve them under-salted, gluey, or watery, requiring a table-side overhaul of butter, salt, and pepper. These were dialed in straight from the kitchen. The texture, dairy integration, cheese ratio, and baseline seasoning were spot-on without needing a single touch of salt or pepper. Minor timing and stock quirks aside, BriarPatch remains a reliable staple. I left full, satisfied, and reminded why it is always worth keeping in the local Park Ave rotation.

However, they have plenty of outdoor seating that's perfect for hanging out with friends on a Sunday morning. Literally one of my favorite spots. Thank you Buttermilk for being THAT girl.

I have been a Buttermilk Bakery fan for well over a decade. Until this last weekend…read more I got online at 8:15 in the morning to place my order. Each item that I selected came up with a message that read, "Our store is not currently accepting orders." I tried again a few minutes later. Then again. And again. And again. I tried to call and received a voicemail that stated a different number. At 8:50am, the option to order seemed to be back up and running. I ordered five items, including the Roasted Tomatoes & Goat Cheese Quiche. For context: I live 45 minutes away from Buttermilk Bakery. It used to be on my way to work but, as of a few years ago, that is not the case anymore. So, it is now a special occasion destination. Reserved only for weekends when I can make the trip. More context: I have been raving to one of my closet friends for years about how much I love this place. My most emphatic musings have been about the quiche. Today, since she and I were planning an afternoon poolside, I thought that I would surprise her with an assortment of Viennoiserie and other items. At 10:36am, I received a call from Buttermilk. The woman on the phone informed me that they had run out of the quiche. How?!? Once the website was working, I was able to place my order quickly and the item didn't even read, "Low stock." I know that this is a small problem in a world full of large problems, but the thing that really set me off is that when I arrived at the store, the person in line in front of me asked for the Strawberry Buttermilk Pie. He was told that they were out of stock. He was pleasant in stating that there appeared to be slices in the refrigerator case. The girl behind the register told him that they were being held for online orders. When it was my turn, I stated that no one had held my slice of quiche. She blandly said, "I am sorry," and proceeded. I then stated that I was unhappy and had driven some distance. She asked if I would like something else. I responded that the person on the phone had simply told me that I would receive a refund. I then asked for the girl to check on my refund. She said it was not processed yet. So, I said that I would wait. She needed to ask for help to process the refund. She wasn't nasty to me, but she did not care one iota. My effort and subsequent inconvenience meant nothing. I wonder if my refund would even have been processed had I not asked. My friend and I thought the pastries that we received were fine, but she is fitness-minded and was hesitant to indulge in so many carbs without the rich protein that the quiche would have provided. And, yet, more context: This happened once before. With the quiche. Maybe a year ago. Though, that time, I believe it was a butternut squash quiche. My husband needed to be in the area, so he suggested that he pick-up at Buttermilk. When he arrived, he was told that there would be no quiche. No call. No nothing. He didn't think to ask for a refund and we never received one. That time, I simply thought, "Well, accidents happen." This time, I think that I received very shoddy service. I felt very disrespected. I felt unseen. I have loved this place, but I am so disappointed.

He was genuinely great and super helpful...kudos to him! He mentioned everything is made fresh, so it would take a few minutes. I waited patiently. The location is small, tucked among other restaurants and shops in Winter Park. It was very clean and well-maintained inside. I took my order back to the office (only about 10 minutes away). The chicken was super crispy, flavorful, and that melted pimento cheese was fire! It was seriously delicious and very filling. I'll definitely be back soon to try another biscuit...maybe something more traditional next time to compare. My experience was excellent overall, but I have to dock one point for no indoor seating. Will definitely be back and see what other seasonal offerings they might have in the future!
