Santa Fe Salad - 3.5 Stars avocado, corn, local jack & cheddar, grape tomatoes, onions, tortilla chips, local kale, romaine, perfectly paired with chipotle-lime vinaigrette with a fresh lime squeeze. My sister added chicken thigh and avocado Chimichurri dressing. She said it was tasty. 4. South Beach - 3 Stars craisins, walnuts, green apples, blue cheese, local mesclun, romaine, perfectly paired with balsamic vinaigrette. My wife added chicken and swapped the walnuts for pumpkin seeds. The diced breast chicken was slightly dry and seasoning was lacking. The salad itself was good but wasn't too satisfying. 5. Customized Salad - 3.25 Stars My niece chose to customize her salad bowl. She chose chicken, romaine lettuces, shaved Parmesan cheese, cucumbers, edamame, and other veggie ingredients.
