I visit this store for the location convenience. The sales they put in their paper are sometimes not on sale. The digital coupon you have to scan the QR code, I did not know this, I found an item I had been looking for at a reasonable price, it said digital coupon, I didn't know I had to take a picture of the QR square. I am not phone or app literate. When I went to check out it rang up 12.99 when the price on the shelf was 8.99. When I mentioned it, the girl , and I don't remember her name was real nasty to me telling me I had to go into the jroger app and scan that digital coupon. I told her I was on a fixed income and I couldn't afford this. She told me if I read the sales paper correctly then I would gave known. This is many problems like this, she eventually made the price what was on the shelf that I would pay which was $8.99. They had their soups on sale 10 for $10. My sister bought 20 cans, she got home and the price rang up regular price, which was $1.59 a can, equaling $31.80. She went back to Kroger and she was told it was select varieties. It did say that in the sales paper but it showed the cans she bought. So how many people go in because they think they are saving money and spend twice what they thought they were going to spend. How much money does Kroger make from people that don't check their receipts. Today I had an experience at another store, and it was not good that has caused me to completely lose faith in Kroger, I will be contacting corporate on Monday about the experience I had today at tge other Kroger. I will not step foot un another Kroger. I will be shopping elsewhere. Too bad the small Mom and Pop stores have been put out of business where the honesty and integrity to the human race are valued. read more

I made it a point to look at this lady name tag her name is Kendra. She obviously is some type of supervisor or manager up there. I don't like the way she talks to her associates and she seems to walk around with an attitude I saw her on more than one occasion, and it was never a good experience. Kroger to Kroger rating. Thing is, in other states this would be a 2. But here in northern Georgia, it's a 4. Room to move in some areas, but coming off as claustrophobic in most of the store. Clean. Well stocked. Check out is area is leaps and bounds above most other Kroger check outs in the area. Self check out helper was greeting, chatting and thanking everyone for coming in. I'd rather drive the extra 20 mins to the Kroger on Nathan Dean than to deal with this Kroger. Bad produce, deli meats and they're always short or out on most items. The pharmacy staff could use some training on customer service but the store check out staff and cashiers are always very pleasant and nice. Even the teens are courteous and talk to you. With a bit more overseeing by management and training in certain areas this could be a good store. Beware of the fresh seafood. Yelp and Apple maps show that the pharmacy closes at 7 PM on Saturday but not true. The pharmacy was completely closed at 6:07 PM. I asked a technician what time they close and I was informed 6:00 PM. This place just keeps going down. read more

Every time I buy an cake or cup cake products here, it's always stale but the dates says it's not expired but the product taste otherwise. I bought cereal today that expires in 2023 but the cereal is stale!! Kroger please fix this disappointment! read more

Being the only Kroger local to the Ridge Road area, it's constantly packed. I far prefer the nearby Ingles for produce or pre-cooked meals, but for the price, Kroger always wins out. There's typically plenty of lines open, the self-checkout moves briskly, and the overall atmosphere of the store is clean and well-kept. Seeing how close I am to the location, I have almost no complaints, except maybe that the pharmacy employees could at least pretend they hadn't rather be dead. read more

Very unhappy with the service this week. I received a text message asking that I call the pharmacy and confirm I want an a script filled that my Dr had just sent over. So I called them at about 10 AM on Wednesday and was told they're running a day and a half behind on filling scripts due to the Covid vaccines. They also stated that their drive-through is closed as they do not have enough staff. He said that he would have my inhaler filled that evening. When I showed up at 6:30 PM I was told that it was not close to ready and they had no ETA. And inhaler is very important and it's something I needed ASAP and to be told they had no ETA was very frustrating. The vaccine is nothing new and we've known for months it was going to be disbursed and Kroger should've stepped up and made sure they had the correct staff number to take care of existing patients as well as administer the vaccine. It is now Friday night at 8 PM and my prescription is still not filled!!!!!! So I'm going to be going on three days with no inhaler. I will be moving all of my medications back to Walgreens which is more expensive but the customer service is way better than Kroger and they can actually fill their prescriptions on time. read more

This is the worst Pharmacy in the entire world. Vickie, is the most passionate and nicest tech there is, but Loni, the Caucasian or whatever her nationality is, is just Horrible! She holds people's meds. If you go and pick your prescription up at 11am, she sounds so stupid in telling you that you have to come back at 2pm, because there's people who haven't came to pick there prescriptions up. Then she started lying about me calling her a bitch! I called her a witch! I had my mask on! Something they're not wearing while filling prescriptions! If you've caught Covic, in the midst of getting your prescriptions filled at Kroger's on hospital drive, more than likely they gave it to you! I've reported her to Corporate, Store Manager and now I'm about to report her to the Pharmacist Board, BBB, Consumer affairs and the Insurance commissioner. The carts are rarely returned to the store, the produce spoils very quickly (when you can find some fresh), the sandwich deli associates are either never there or they will ignore you completely, it is a very very cluttered store with displays and boxes and things all over the place making it very difficult to maneuver safely, and they are frequently either low or out of stock on many many items (from the cooler section to the bakery and in-between). Tonight I went into Kroger pharmacy and by the time I left I was extremely upset. The pharmacy tech, Karly Arrington, was assisting me at the check out and she was extremely extremely rude. I am a 6 year customer that has spent thousands of dollars on prescriptions, you would think they would treat their customers with a little courtesy. I was not given correct information on how long they can keep prescriptions before putting them back. I told them I would pick up my prescriptions today, Thursday the 16th, last week but when I got there my prescriptions, all 20, were put back. Karly made me feel really bad for having so many prescriptions, her comment was "I put them back, all 20 of them, like a week and a half ago" which was very wrong. I ended up getting two that I dropped off today. The man pharmacist just keep telling me it's because of insurance why they have to put them back. I said to him "it would have been nice for someone to tell me that instead of me coming to get them and they're gone." Then all he said again was it was because of insurance, I finally after a couple of minutes, got him to agree with me that someone should have said that. After walking away from the counter where I couldn't see them and they couldn't see me I said to my son, "I'll go to Walmart" I hear from Karly "ok" I asked for a manager and the cashier herself was rude as well, then he came and he was very nice and paid for my groceries that was only $13.00. I have not decided if I want to go back or not. I write this to let everyone know what they have to deal with when going to this pharmacy. read more

By far and away this is the worst pharmacy in the area. They get prescriptions wrong, are rude to their customers and are generally run by staff that could care less. When I got frustrated one day and said I would go elsewhere (peacefully by the way) one of their workers yelled at the window as I drove off. Trust me, go elsewhere. I've been shopping here for many, many, MANY years and I don't understand all the negative reviews. Granted, I've never used the pharmacy so I have no opinion on that, but the store itself has never perturbed me in any way, shape or form. It's clean and organized. I've had no problem with produce or with shelves being stocked. Checkout has never taken overly long and customer service has always been helpful. Our local Ingles may be a bit nicer on the surface, but our Kroger has better prices. Your choice which is more important to you for your own shopping needs. read more

Worst Kroger ever!!!! Pharmacy gets my prescriptions wrong regularly and shorts my prescriptions regularly without noting they were unable to fill complete order and listing the number of pills they owe me!! I have to count my pills before I leave the drive-through. ALSO, be sure to check expiration date on meat!!!! Several times I have bought chicken, taken it home, put it in fridge. And when I take it out to cook 1-2 days later it has spoiled. Then I notice expiration date was BEFORE my purchase. Are you kidding me, Kroger??? I try to remember to check every time, but if I'm in a hurry I sometimes forget. I really don't think the customer should have to worry about expiration on meats!!! BEWARE of the sketchy pharmacy! I haven't dealt with Kroger pharmacy in about 2 1/2 years (since they gave me the WRONG medication) but I was with my mom and decided that I would inquire about a flu shot. I came into the store on Monday, October 8th 2018. I went to the pharmacy and asked one of the ladies how much a flu shot - without insurance - would cost me. She replied that it would be $40. So I agreed and filled out my paperwork. Upon handing my paperwork back in (to a different lady) she quickly says to me "you are aware of the $60 charge, right?!" I explained to her that another lady told me $40 just a few mins ago and that I was confused as to why she is now saying $60. The ONLY thing she responded with was "yeah, it's $60, sorry." She didn't offer and reason why the price change so quickly or anything at all. I asked if I could speak to the other lady that told me $40 and she said "no, she's at lunch." She never even asked who it was that I spoke to! Lol. But knew she was at lunch?! And also it was 9:44am. Something VERY sketchy here Kroger, very!! I had both of my mom and brother with me that day. So not only did they miss out on my $40...(OHH, I mean $60!!!) But also 2 more flu shot sales. I pulled up to the Kroger Pharmacy drive-thru window behind another vehicle today at 4:58 pm. As the other vehicle drove away, the pharmacy associate pulled the closed curtain across the window in my face. It was my understanding that they close today at 5 pm and not 4:58 pm. I am pulling all of my family's prescriptions from this store first thing in the morning and reporting their unprofessional behavior to the home office. read more

Not even five minutes from where I live in South Paulding, I love that Kroger is open late at night and that I can get Double Fuel Points on weekends added to my groceries. One of my favorite places to shop and even though the staff is friendly, I prefer to check my stuff out at the self-check out lines, where there's always a helpful cashier-type person to help customers. And I love that Kroger has the 10 for $10 deals to feed my hungry family! read more

This is the most dirty and disorganized Kroger I have ever been to. They are frequently low or out of stock on staple items, their produce is always in terrible shape and spoils quickly, and there are constant hazzards of stacked boxes or carts overflowing with restock items sitting around. The entryway always looks like a wind storm blew through, and I always feel like I want to wash my shoes after walking through the parking lot. In the summer time, when younger people are on staff, they go outside as if they are collecting carts, but instead just hang out in the parking lot to gossip and goof around. When I first moved to the area, I thought that maybe the store seemed this way because it was the tail end of a busy weekend. I was wrong. I have shopped here at varying days/times over the last year, and it doesn't seem to matter. read more
