Larry and Trey made sure the job was complete and addressed all additional issues (minor leaks at the top of sand filter collar and bottom drain cap). They both were friendly, polite, professional and informative. Larry (the owner) answered all my questions and concerns pertaining to current and future pool care. Their pool store is awesome too! Alison and Kenzie go above and beyond to assist me to balance my pool water. Kenzie helped me dilute high CYA in the pool. The second and last time we used Foster's the owner, the older gentlemen, delivered our hot tub. We paid for the hot tub to be delivered and put on our back porch. It was supposed to be an easy delivery. We have a screened in back porch and we measured to make sure the hot tub would go through the door and it would fit. The older gentleman informed us that it would not fit through the door and left the tub in the drive way. We had to find a way to move the hot tub onto the back porch.

We are incredibly pleased with our custom swimming pool project designed and built by Inground Pool Design Inc. Chad, Joey, and the entire team went above and beyond even working around our existing fencing and some mature existing landscaping to avoid damage. The final product exceeded our expectations. It seems that a few folks have complaints from years ago re outside concrete companies but we were referred by friends who had the same great experience that we did. Due to changes that occurred during the pool installation process, we also asked them to build a large block retaining wall and also put the foundation for our pool house. We worked directly with Sizemore Concrete during the entire process. Communication, which is greatly lacking these days, was exceptional. My family and myself have had LOTS of concrete work done of the years. Foundations, driveways, etc. Sizemore Concrete's finish work was absolutely perfect in our opinion. They did everything we asked for including performing some additional concrete repairs on our driveway. They worked quickly and efficiently. Overall, we feel like we got an incredible value for the projects we've asked for and they are set to continue on several more. Pricing was more than fair and the quote was easy to read and explained what each cost was for. I also want to add that it has been 3 months since concrete has been poured and the wall constructed. We have had zero issues. We back filled our pool with gravel, at the suggestion of the pool company and Sizemore. We highly recommend Sizemore Concrete Designs!

The crew knocked on my door, demanding that Kevin pay them or they would put a lien on my house. Till this day, the crew has not been paid. Secondly, I paid Kevin a deposit to install an irrigation system. Because the weather was bad and timelines were not met, we agreed to reimburse my full deposit and cancel the project. I have yet to receive my deposit back. This is bad business, and I hope nobody has to go through this.
