That's was years ago when Covid then we asked medi-cal and his doctor to get him back. Then the therapist there had a problem with my son behavior and an attitude with his grandmother then they dismissed him. Then again our doctor and help try to get us back, he had services with a good therapist there, she quit and after they assign us with Rachel and she quit. Wonder why all therapist quit. My son was on hold. He's 12 now. They said we are on a waitlist and no notification or phone calls to let you know what's going on. This is what I call failure. People who act this way are not professional. I feel that the therapist working there are being pushed to do their job, why they don't last? This raise a question. My son which I don't have any idea if he is still on the waitlist that lasted more than a year or not? No phone calls , no messages. You should be ashamed of yourself. I should also speak med-cal if they said frauds the hours he supposed to be getting for nothing. I don't trust them after they waste my son's life. Shame on you. I should go to the disability right department for not taking my son. This is discrimination against child with disability. Shame on you again.

From intake to our final class, the staff made sure that the scheduling process was a breeze, and that visits did not fall short of expectations. They have an excellent staff dedicated to your child's development, and the office is pristine. Not just clean; very well kept. I noticed that there wasn't one tear on a book or broken toys. They put lots of effort into upkeep, knowing well that toys and books can take a beating with younger kids. East Bay Child Development Center has terrific speech therapists and therapists specialized in helping in all other types of child development, including but not limited to physical therapy, etc. We went through 2 different speech therapists and 1 or 2 therapy students which was a little harder for our son to grow accustomed to because it would take him awhile to warm up (which I've learned isn't unusual for any development therapy center), but each therapist tried their absolute best to ensure they were giving him the utmost care and attention.
