2 stars because the girl who pointed out to me a couple remnants was very sweet, nice and polite…read more A very strange policy they have is you have to deposit $100 for them to SHOW you a slab remnant. One was easier to see but was very dirty from being outside so couldn't be inspected for damages. The other was sandwiched in between multiple other slabs so you could only see the top 5 inches or so of a 5'x 4' slab. But they wouldn't move it out to see unless you guaranteed to buy one of them (which you couldn't see) with a $100 deposit. So to see the slab, it will cost you $100. If there is damage or the colors don't match your tile (which I had in hand to match), you're out $100? For checking? I've been to numerous stone places throughout the inland empire and in OC and have never come across this policy. Interesting indeed.

The flooring from that past job began breaking, even bowing at one point, and when concerns were raised, the contractor brushed it off and said to give it time to settle. It never improved and now just creaks, but we eventually gave up on trying to fix it. Overall, it was a nightmare experience. Because of that, I was extremely cautious when choosing new flooring this time around. I asked a lot of questions, sometimes more than once, to help ease my nerves. Jacob was the one who helped me, and he was so patient and helpful. He was very down to earth, explained everything in layman's terms, and spoke to me like a friend rather than talking down to me. In an industry that is primarily male, I've often felt dismissed or spoken down to, which can be incredibly frustrating. Jacob treated me with respect and like a person, which I truly appreciated. Jacob also helped me choose the flooring, and the process was surprisingly easy. I told him I wanted a light-colored floor, and he selected three options that closely matched what I had in mind. It was such a relief not to sift through endless samples, which can be very overwhelming. I was able to make a decision quickly, and the end result was perfect. I absolutely love how it turned out.

Most flooring is ordered by Kingsly and either delivered to Kingsly or truck to your location for a few hundred dollars. We purchased 40 cartons of Brazilian Cherry and had it delivered to our home. The guys in the truck were nice enough to unload them into our garage as each carton weighs 50 lb Gave them a nice tip. Normally it's tailgate service meaning they pull up and you take the stuff off the truck. Kingsly also custom makes their own nosing for stairs. It's 80 bucks for a strip, the strips are pretty long. We spent about $9000. Either you or your flooring company should measure carefully when ordering. Our cartons contained 29 sq ft. Because if you buy too much they won't take back less than 100 sq ft and charge a hefty percent restocking fee.

We obtained multiple bids and selected this company due to Reyes's professionalism, knowledge and being very detailed. Of all the bids, Reyes was the only one to provide a detailed quote with line items and their associated cost. The other bids, some where a bit lower, provided no details just a lump some for one line item. These type of quotes will usually end uo costing more because it is easy for the contractor to say, it is not included or create tension because disagreements due to the lack of detail. The tile work itself was great, clean and great quality. Julio the installer was very professional and patient as we tended to ask a lot of questions along the process. On multiple occassions he asked if this is the way we wanted things done before he actually set the tile :-) There is nothing more frustrating then someone doing work without asking how you want it, all to have a customer be unhappy and having to do it again. Julio is also very experienced in his work so he was able to provide great suggestions.

Everything was thought out ahead of time which I really appreciate instead of finding out during installation that a drawer wouldn't be able to open because of my dishwasher handle or something. Poor Quality, Incomplete Installation & Lack of Communication…read moreVery disappointed with the quality of the cabinets and, especially, the installation. Unfortunately, what should have been an exciting kitchen renovation has turned into a frustrating experience. The workmanship and attention to detail were far below what I would expect from a professional cabinet company. The photos speak for themselves: Cabinet doors/handles were installed unevenly, with visible differences in alignment. Cabinet interiors were left with unfinished/incomplete work, including missing shelf-pin holes needed to properly adjust the shelves. There are visible holes, damage, and rough areas inside the cabinets that should not be present in a new installation. The backsplash/stone was installed without properly accommodating the existing electrical outlets, leaving the outlets without the necessary openings to install the cover plates. Several aspects of the installation appear unfinished and require additional work to make the kitchen properly functional and presentable. The installer had extreme difficulty communicating in English, which made it very difficult to explain concerns, discuss the installation, or have issues corrected as they were identified. What is particularly frustrating is that when I brought these issues to the company's attention, instead of simply taking responsibility for completing the installation properly, I was told that some of these issues were supposedly someone else's responsibility or would require additional payment. I paid for a professional cabinet installation. I should not have to accept visibly poor workmanship, incomplete installation, or pay additional money to have basic aspects of the installation completed correctly. The pictures included with this review are not minor cosmetic complaints--they show the actual condition and quality of the work I received. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company carefully inspect every cabinet, door, shelf, handle, outlet opening, and finished surface before making final payment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Very disappointed with the workmanship, communication, and the company's handling of the issues.
