In addition to the shortbread which is kept in a refrigerator case, there are Scottish collectibles, jewelry, and ground coffee for purchase (no whole beans at this time). They make several varieties of shortbread but stock was low (I think due to St Patrick's Day, even though that's Irish, idk). I bought the plain/regular and a Whiskey Pecan. Both were made fresh this week. Under the paper wrapper, the 8 "fingers" are wrapped in plastic for freshness. The cookies were light, not too dry and delicious.
