We enjoyed our dinner on 6/11/26. Service is always stellar and the ambiance feels like we are in Peru! I enjoyed the Mango Ceviche for my entree, with a side of tacu tacu (a flavorful mixture of rice and seasonings). To end the meal, I had flan. It was a healthy portion; one bite missing in the picture, with a lovely garnish of fresh fruit.

Packed for a Thursday night totally didn't expect that.... We had the chicken fried rice , shrimp risotto and flan along with coffee. Everything was excellent. Will certainly come back when in town. The bathrooms are neat and ambiance is nice in the restaurant. We were lucky to find free parking .

Inka's is a wonderful restaurant that seems to hit all the marks.... Ambience, service and food. We arrived early for a Saturday lunch and we're promptly seated. The restaurant filled up quickly but service stayed at the same high level. We started with Croquetas de Yucca....creamy and perfectly fried yucca balls served with a slightly spicy sauce. We finished them all. My friend had the Pollo a la Brasa - 1/2 chicken marinated in Peruvian spices and slow roasted - it was perfection. It was served with fries and a salad. The chicken was moist and flavorful, the fries were crispy and the salad was fresh. I had the Salmon with orange butter, grilled asparagus and sweet potato puree. The salmon was cooked perfectly....moist and buttery inside. We finished by splitting a Tres Leches cake....it was moist and sweet.

Everything was devoured to say the least. Food was so amazing and we were feeling a bit crazy to try new things. Parking sucks lol but there was a refreshing water waiting for me when we got inside. Very yummy no notes or crumbs. The drinks were SOO GOOD!! Presentation and taste were just spectacular. The vibes inside this place are also 10/10 very good ambiance for a little girls night if I could give this place 100 stars, I would. Feeling so serious, no joke.

When I read the Peruvian chef Flavio Solórzano to whom I follow in Instagram, designed the menu , which incorporates Peruvian and Japanese influences, I immediately bookmarked Inka's on my "to go list". Every time I have been to Syracuse since this restaurant opened in November 2024, I hald to dine at Inka's . We loved so much the yuca croquettes with the yellow sauce. The salmon with the lucuma sweet potato puree is totally a solid dish, I had it the 2 times I visited this restaurant. My daughter's favorite dish was the Ají de gallina which is a traditional Peruvian dish, this dish is definitely a must try. This restaurant is located in the middle of downtown Syracuse. It is so beautiful and spacious, there is a cute second level where I would like to be seated next time I go ! The atmosphere was great and the staff were friendly and kind. The bus boys were very attentive. Street parking.

I would give this 4.5 stars. It was a very good place We wanted to try something new in Syracuse, and a couple of people we trust recommended Inka's. My wife and I went and really enjoyed the food and drink. It is a large space with two sides. One side is tables only. It is separated from the second room, which has a few tables and a very nicely appointed bar. We were seated promptly. Our server introduced himself and was excellent throughout the entire meal. We started with Pisco Sours, which were very well made. It was smooth and had an excellent balance of sweet and citrus. We ordered the fried squid and a potato dish as appetizers. The squid was very good. It had an excellent coating that had lots of flavor and had a nice crunch. That was refreshing, as most fried squid that we have had is a bit soggy. The potato dish was OK, but nothing special. We each got an entree, and they were the stars of the experience. My wife had a short rib dish. It was so flavorful! The meat was fork-tender as well. It is something I would recommend. I ordered the lobster ravioli. I have had this dish at many Italian places, and I believe this ranks amongst the best. The sauce was excellent, and the ravioli were cooked perfectly. The lobster was plentiful and tasted great. We enjoyed the restaurant immensely. I would definitely give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Had a great impromptu dinner at Inka's! Sat at the bar because the whole place was packed on a Saturday night. The service was excellent from the start and the bartenders put on a show shaking and mixing the specialty cocktails all evening. Loved the sparkling Chicatini with coconut and passionfruit flavors and also tried a bourbon old fashion which was Smokey and delicious. For dinner we shared the Arroz Chaufa fried rice dish with large shrimp and it was very mild with a tangy sweet and sour sauce that added a lot of flavor. Would like to see a choice of a hotter sauce for variety and punch. We also shared the Pulpo A La Parrilla - grilled octopus, which was perfectly cooked and had a delicious smoky flavor. We shared the flan and praline dessert with homemade ice cream which were both so sweet, and creamy. Inka's ambiance and decor is the best in CNY. Can't wait to come back!

Date night at Inka's. Totally skipped the appetizers because they were as expensive as the entrees, and the entrees start at $$18. I ordered the eggplant à la Brasa, my date, the pollo à la brasa. We also had a side of platanos dulce frito, sweet plantains with a citrus flavor. Truly the best maduros I ever had. However, my eggplant proved to be inedible because it was WAY undercooked. The fork couldn't penetrate it nor the knife cut it. I was able to get a sample taste of the quinoa stuffing on top before asking my waitress to swap out the eggplant for the cauliflower à la brasa. The quinoa was really good too. After getting the cauliflower, I was blown away with the complexity of flavors and the perfection of how well the cauliflower was made. Fully redeemed. My date had the aji y gallina; a chicken stew made with yellow chili peppers, crushed pecans, Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs. Again, the complexity of the flavors made for great deliciousness. The ambience and service were what you would expect at a restaurant that costs greater than $100 for 2 before tax & tip. Inka's is somewhat expensive, but, it is equally as exceptional and delicious.

Beautiful place with a great vibe. Must make reservations. We were there on a Saturday night during dining week. We decided to order off the regular menu. Carlos was great and took care of us. Appetizers were fabulous! Had an Inka maki roll, which is a Peruvian/Japanese fusion, as well as ceviche mango over shrimp. This spicy mango sauce that was perfect. Both appetizers were hits with our party of three. For mains I had homemade fettuccine with a green sauce with grilled shrimp. The Creamy sauce with basil, spinach and garlic was delicious. We also had the Peruvian fried rice called arroz Chaufa. Loved this dish with crispy fried onions on top with a touch of orange pineapple flavor. We had yuca fries which were bland and the sauce didn't save them. For a main my husband ordered the grilled octopus which came with sauces and roasted potatoes. This dish was presented in an elevated platform which made it difficult to cut and eat. It was just okay. All of the mains contained generous portions. The menu is so different that we will return to further explore.

We've been here before but had to check it out on restaurant week. I loved my pisco sour, the yuca appetizer was good, something different, the potato app was also delicious! We tried several different chicken dishes and all were delicious! Highly recommend a visit... come early before your reservation because parking in this area takes time especially if there's a show at landmark

On a recent Friday night before a showing of Hamilton at the Landmark Theatre (amazing) we decided to try out Inka's finally. We had seen it appear in a space that had gone through a few different names over the years and wondered how it would be. Admittedly I wasn't familiar with Peruvian cuisine when we walked through the doors but based on what I saw and smelled, I knew I was in for a treat. Service was impeccable. Our Cuban waiter alternated between speaking English and Spanish based on what table he was working and did a nice job of complimenting our selections when he gave us his attention. I tried a traditional Pisco Sour cocktail. Delicious. I got a bit adventurous and tried some ceviche - not for me but the others loved it. For dinner, we shared the filet and the braised beef entrees. The braised beef was amazing. The steak was good but nothing earth shattering. For dessert I shared the alfajor- a cookie dish with some caramel cream - very rich and a nice way to end the meal. The server stayed on top of our timing needs and got us out the door in time for opening curtain. We all remarked we'd be back!

Incredible meal, service, and the cutest restaurant ever. Went to celebrate my partner's birthday and I'm so thankful we picked Inka's. Worth booking the reservation and we got seated early. Would come back!

I had the opportunity to grab a bite to eat with a friend. We chose to indulge in Inka's happy hour special which involved small bites and cocktails. The decor is absolutely gorgeous in Inka's. I loved the bright colors and high ceilings. I also appreciate that the bar area is separated from the main dining area. The cocktails were absolutely delicious. The small bites were tasty! I definitely enjoyed what I ordered and will return to try options from their main menu.

We had enjoyed the atmosphere And meals in the past when it was the mission restaurant so we thought why not! Needless to say, I felt there were some things that were ultimate fail for a fine dining restaurant and we most likely won't be back. Full disclosure I did share a direct message with them through Resy I never heard back from them, which tells me volumes. Small things like the barstools being too low to the bar as we were having cocktails it was so uncomfortable. We decided to have our cocktails at our table. Our server, the hostess and bartender were attentive and amazing. The main reason we came to the restaurant was the Duck meal they wound up being out of by 6:30 that night. My husband did choose as a substitute the braised lamb shank with the mint gremalata. Lamb was very tender, but 100% lacking in every way of the mint flavor. My swordfish was cooked perfectly, although plain and I was excited about turnips As I love them. Unfortunately they came out raw tasteless and inedible. I commented to our waiter and he said well they're Japanese so that's the way they are. All in all the dessert menu left us flat so we went out to another place for dessert & after dinner drinks. The percentage they add to your check for the back of the house gratuity is offensive. Just pay your people more and don't expect the diners to have to Pay up for your kitchen staff, as well as tipping the front of the house staff which got less of a tip because we had a tip the back of the house. All the hype some of it's real, most of it's not, glad we tried. It won't be back. There are too many other places and Upstate, New York.

I was the only returning patron, the others much enjoyed their first time here. Walking through the front door you're instantly hit with a wonderful smell of food cooking over an open fire. Got a terrific table to look out the window and enjoyed a nice evening view. Took full advantage of every food meal course available. Started out with their evening appetizer of homemade bread with cinnamon butter. Each of us got our own dinner choice along with small plates to start. The two small plates were green lentil salad and ember roasted carrots. Both of them with their unique flavor and style. The green lentil salad featured heirlooms. The ember roasted carrots featured labrieth, doqqa, and maple syrup. Keep in mind everything here comes from local farms and local breweries and distilleries. Big fan of supporting the state and local community. Fantastic! They feature only a few main entrées, tonight's included halibut, steak, chicken, and sea Island peas with jasmine rice. Knowing how well seasoned their steaks are, I went with a filet mignon 10 ounce. Probably a little more than I should've gotten, but I very rarely eat steak and know how well and good they are here. Ordered the steak medium to medium rare and that's exactly how it came out. Mouth watering delicious. Along with the steak includes mashed potatoes, chimichurri, kale, and. crème fraiche. Every bite was outstanding. One of us got ice cream for dessert which she said was very good. The ice cream was made right there at the restaurant. We kicked off the dinner with a rum cocktail and a tequila cocktail. All spirits locally sourced. If you haven't tried it here yet you should. You will not be disappointed.

It's not uncommon for a new restaurant to impress the first time, only to fall short on subsequent visits. Touché, however, proves to be a welcome exception. Their continued commitment to quality, creativity, and classic French influences remains evident in every aspect of the dining experience. Several days before our reservation, I received a courteous text from the charming and attentive hostess, Bridgette, requesting details about the members of my dining party, including names and dietary restrictions. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by name and seated at a table adorned with a personalized name card--an unnecessary but thoughtful and memorable gesture that set the tone for the evening. I selected the very reasonably priced three‑course prix fixe menu ($70), while the rest of my party opted for the Steak Frites. My starter, a colossal scallop, was beautifully seasoned and perfectly cooked. While the nettle purée could have used a touch more vibrancy, it still complemented the bright yuzu dressing well. The main course--a perfectly cooked half duck breast accompanied by roasted celeriac purée and a currant‑cassis jus--was a standout. The deep berry notes paired beautifully with the richly rendered duck fat. Although I typically gravitate toward savory dishes, the dessert was an impressive finale: a Sablé Breton with blood orange cream, thyme Chantilly, thyme jam, and a rocher of coffee ice cream. The combination of sweet, salty, and herbaceous elements was wonderfully balanced and thoroughly enjoyable. I was fortunate enough to try a few bites of the Steak Frites, which did not disappoint--nor did it for the other members of my party. Our meals were complemented by excellent cocktails from the well‑stocked bar. The bartender was knowledgeable, skilled, and engaging. The open‑concept kitchen is also a delight to observe, and I look forward to reserving a seat at the chef's table on my next visit. One of the ongoing challenges in the Syracuse dining scene, in my opinion, is a general lack of restraint. Touché distinguishes itself with its thoughtful menu design, technical precision, and appropriate portion sizes. We left feeling thoroughly attended to and perfectly satiated. I sincerely hope Touché continues its pursuit of excellence both in the kitchen and in the dining room. Syracuse needs restaurants of this caliber, and I eagerly anticipate their spring and summer menus.

The only "downfall" was that we'd have to share the room with another small party. Which was absolutely not a problem and we ended up being BFF'S with them by the end of the night. We met the owner Jim - the most incredible human - and he took us down to the speakeasy (which passes right through a super secretive door in the back of the main room upstairs). Side note - the main room upstairs is a vibe on it's own btw and we would've been absolutely fine and happy there. It's an actual wine store and you can purchase all kind of local wines. Be sure to ask and get all the recommendations you want. Not only did we get to enjoy an incredible time but we got a super cool VIP experience and learned the story and so much history about this place, the concept, the origin and what sparked the idea of creating it. That itself, was a treat. On to the actual speakeasy experience. When you go downstairs (through that fun super cool super secretive door) - you're instantly transported to another era, another time. It's dark, it's velvety, chandeliers, spiderwebs (the aesthetic kind, idk if there were actually any but it fit the vibe in my head), Leonardo Da Vinci, Mona Lisa, candles, curtains. There are two super cool rooms, one to the right (which is where our large party sat at) and one to the left - totally recommended for smaller groups, it's cozy, it's chill, you can interact and share with other guests too. Just by this, I'm wowed. As if this wasn't enough, the drinks were absolutely incredible. I ended up ordering some kind of a smoked drink and they happily substituted the regular old fashioned for mezcal. What a dream. Everyone was happy with their drink orders, some ordered some off the menu things and they happily made them - even though they technically only serve what's on the menu. Wine flights are also available if you're in the wine vibe. Bottom line: we loved this place SO much, we came back 2 night's later for our last night. We sat in the other room and absolutely loved and enjoyed it. I had a lavender drink and it was delish. This place is a GEM and you should absolutely check it out and support it if you're in the area. If you're not, well now you have a place I know you'll love to go to!

I was going out to dinner before heading to hear friends at Open Mic night. The place I started at…read morehad at least a 45 min wait. So we decided to go somewhere else, but where? As we turned the corner we saw a sign in front of A.T. Walley's for $5 burger and chips or 2 Hoffman Hots with chips. Well, the price was right! The guy was outside on the sidewalk grilling them and it smelled really good. So even though I was in the mood for wings, we decided to give the food here a try. We went in and got a table with no problem. Waitress said that along with the regular Wednesday night specials they also had $4 Beef on Weck for $4. We were really hungry so we ordered 2 Beef on Weck sandwiches and the hot dog special. It was amazing! The beef and au jus was fabulous! They each came with kettle chips and pickles. Yum!!!! And who does not love a Hoffman Hot, right?! Then we saw that they had 11 menu items for just $5 on Thursday nights from 4-10 pm. We had to be downtown again the next night so we went back! I got the grilled chicken Caesar Salad and he got the NYS Fair beef and Lamb Gyro. Once again, full portions for only $5! What a find!! We had always just gone there for drinks and music prior to this. They have a great bar selection and have $3 drinks on Monday nights....including their signature cocktails! It is a great place to go, have a drink, hang out with friends, listen to music on occasion and now I will be stopping in to check out more on their menu as well!
