They were also all seasoned with Old Bay seasoning. If you like Old Bay seasoning, you will like the way these are prepared. If not, you might not. As it happens, I like Old Bay seasoning. I'm sure you can order it without the seasoning. Scallops were fantastic (so I am told because I am not a scallop fan), the shrimp was big and prepared right. The crab legs were spot on, and the clams were OK. They were dry, not a lot of flavor, but three out of four isn't bad. The medley also included fantastic steamed, broccoli, potato wedges, and corn on the cob. Keep in mind, all of these were seasoned with Old Bay. A solid choice for Syracuse seafood.

The owners were wonderful! I introduced myself and asked to know about the history of the restaurant and how it came about. After that, I went right into the menu. Cajun food in upstate?!?! Yes, please!!!! I ordered the fried chicken sandwich with hush puppies. DANG! Beyond good and the sandwich was huge. Had more than enough for dinner later that day. I will definitely be returning to On The Fly to enjoy their incredible food and to support this awesome mother and son establishment and so should you.
