I felt like he was one of the few doctors today, who was really willing to do what he thought was right. Also, I will mention that because he has four kids, he is definitely no stranger to injuries or breaks, so I highly recommend him for that as well as anything else if you read the reviews. Bonus - everyone in his office is super nice, no long waits, easy parking and best of all, he is someone who is passionate about caring for feet and has been doing this for a very long time. Per their office policy, patients are told the pharmacy must initiate refill requests. I started the process with CVS on Sunday night. By Monday, CVS informed me they could not get a response from the provider's office. I also contacted the office directly via text as instructed. For nearly an entire week, there was little to no communication. CVS could not get responses. My texts went unanswered. Phone calls were not picked up. I was repeatedly left in the dark regarding a very basic medication refill. What makes this even more disappointing is that I was patient throughout the process. I gave the office grace. I tried to work within their procedures. I gave them multiple opportunities to make things right rather than immediately posting a negative review. I eventually escalated the matter to Caroline, who assured me the issue would be handled by Jackie, the Nurse Manager. I genuinely believed they were finally going to take ownership and resolve the issue properly. Unfortunately, even after those promises, there was still no urgency, no proactive follow-up, and no meaningful communication. Friday morning came and went with complete silence until I started reaching out yet again. The problem is bigger than one refill delay. There appears to be a deeper structural and cultural issue within the office. The practice feels severely disorganized, understaffed, poorly coordinated internally, and lacking accountability. The right hand does not seem to know what the left hand is doing. A routine RX refill should not require nearly a week of follow-up, repeated escalation, unanswered messages, pharmacy intervention, and management involvement just to get basic patient care handled.

But their office management or processes or nurses who are supposed to respond to request or client needs are absolutely horrible. I have been having an issue with a prescription for going on 5 months now. I have notified the "nurse" or whomever is responsible for responding to messages probably 20 times so far.

It took 3 days for someone in Billing to call back and say the same thing. She stated once billing was cleared they would set us back up. Since It took 3 months to get setup and they were leaving HOAG I told her I would imagine my wife would not get back on schedule. On june 30, got a call that all was cleared. Dr. Jackson is an architect who came up with a plan to save me from a wheelchair and paralysis. I have heard from my doctors that he is the doctor's doctor. My experience with him so far has been excellent. His surgery coordinator Wida is absolutely wonderful and gets the business of getting you surgery done. She is on point. The spinal class that I took were very informative. They were able to get me into surgery pretty quick and my appointment is next week. I'll update the review after the surgery.

Shortly after hanging up the phone, I got a text from the young girl who scheduled my appointment. She asked me to send her a copy of my driver's license by replying to the text, which I promptly did. On the day of my appointment, I arrived at the office 15 minutes early to fill out any additional paperwork. The girl answering the phones was busy making an appt for a new patient which, as I already knew, is very time-consuming. There were two other staff members present, but apparently none of them were trained to hand me my new patient check-in forms because they told me I'd have to wait. So finally, around 15 minutes later, the young girl was done with her phone call and able to check me in. The only problem is that I was not on their schedule. Not only that, but they didn't seem to have any record of me at all. Had I gone to the wrong office?? I scrolled through my texts to find the one requesting my license, in which the girl had stated her name. I said "isn't this you?" Yes, it was her and I was at the right place. Why am I not on the schedule at the time we discussed?? According to the young girl, she never received the picture of my license (which, from my end, had been sent), so she cancelled the appointment. No follow-up call requesting my license again. I don't even think I got a call letting me know they were cancelling the appt, although they had already set the precedent of communicating by text, so it would've been appropriate to send a follow-up text. When I pressed her to find out why there was no follow through, she said that she only works there part-time, so there was no way for her to follow up with me the next day, as it was her day off. Now, I don't solely blame her. She was obviously rather young and inexperienced and was just doing her best. But what a terrible lack of management that there are no procedures in place to handle this kind of thing! And what kind of establishment just cancels an appt after I obviously wanted to see the doctor, based on my initial investment of time in scheduling the appt?? I had already waited a couple of weeks for my appt, and I was in a tremendous amount of pain due to a pinched nerve in my neck. On top of that, they had wasted another 20 minutes of my time since I had arrived at the office for my appointment. The best they could do was to apologize and offer me an appointment in another week or so. No thanks. At this point, I think the appropriate thing for the doctor to do would be to see me that day. I understand maybe he was completely booked. Then he should stay late. I would've come back at the end of the day. I had already arranged to have the afternoon off from work so that I could be seen by him, and I find it inexcusable that the office is run in such a way that the staff just cancels appts because of one small piece of information missing. They demonstrated a total lack of consideration for my time and circumstances.

The neuroma in my right foot has me been treated for many times and finally need to be removed Last week Dr Yetter did the surgery at Saddleback Center. Everything went just as he said it would. Staff there were fabulously supportive and caring. My recovery was totally without pain! I was careful to follow his instructions so I attribute that to his surgical skills (he told me that the neuroma was one of bigger ones he has ever had to remove) and his conservative post op plans. I am finally without pain in my right foot (ok maybe there is some tenderness at the surgical site but nothing like before!) I am grateful for his personal and professional skills and highly recommend him and his practice.
