What was supposed to be a $67 new patient special ended up costing $300--since each body part is $100 for 3-4 mins of laser therapy. I'm surprised they didn't charge me separately for the left and right shoulder. Plus I felt no relief whatsoever. I walked in and walked out exactly the same. Never again. I was asked if I wanted 2 lab tests done, and said I didn't need it at all. Then, I was told by my nurse directly that I wouldn't be charged at all for 2 lab tests, and that they were included. So I did them, then was hit with a bill of a few hundred dollars for those exact tests. Not sure why this would have occurred, but I had a bad feeling and I couldn't afford this, and am now just sad about the consequences of trusting the word of the person I was paying to see. She was also extremely rude, curt, and condescending. Just made me feel so terrible, and was the worst experience I have ever had at a health appointment due to the way she spoke to me and lied. It would have been completely fine if she had said she didn't know. The person working that day was named Nicole Whitney, I was told over the phone, so hopefully that's the correct person and if so if anyone from here reads this, just try and be sure of what you say. Also, I was told by someone at the front desk that I could reschedule my apt for no charge of any kind if it came back inconclusive, and was then asked for insurance when I tried to, I had to ask if I was going to get charged, and they said yes. I called in to see if they'd help and wasted another several hours on that over the course of days. I now have absolutely nothing to show for this appointment, because the test results didn't even come back, and am also out a few hundred dollars when I couldn't afford it, for a test I told them I didn't need done. Complete waste of my time, I came from over an hour out of town both ways, and I won't ever come here again. Just hope they don't do this to someone else.

Her office and Dr. Laila has help me out so much with my Injuries I never saw the light to get better Physically ever again with her detail to attention and years of experience as well as her physical therapist both do such a outstanding job that I for once in my life feel better from my brain injury and my legs which she was aware I almost most lost my legs from a extreme bad infection years ago had also helped me walk and stand much better as well my headaches are less my pain in my legs feeling better and back is feeling a lot better that I thought I would have to take painkillers for the rest of my life. Dr. Laila has given me hope where no one else did! Now if I had to rate her and her office from a 1 Star being bad to a 5 Star being BEST!!! I would give her a 10 Star for OUTSTANDINGl!!!
