Update: Despite the…read moreowners dismissive response, note that my appt was on the 22nd of August 2024 and I posted my review over a week later (not "the next day" as so boldly and falsely claimed . Specifically so I could have time to cool off after the awful experience. Initially I was not going to post a review at all however, after continuing to be upset despite after a weeks time I realized my experience was too negative to not share. My experience is not alone as after a series of calls with the office I reached out to my insurance company to try and get the authorization myself and they were so rude to the representative of my company that the insurance company informed me that they would be filing a complaint as well. Furthermore after seeing this review I received a call from the office attempting to gaslight me about my experience and tell me "we thought we were so kind" and demanding that I take down the review (which I never do, if appropriate I would've simply updated the review). Given that I refused to take down the review, my service was denied and my prescription returned. Nevertheless, you can always tell a healthcare providers true bedside manner by how they treat those who they don't agree with. Note below in all the responses by the owner to negative comments by other patients.

Daniel went over the timeline expected for the prosthesis process. He was extremely patient and thorough, going over the stump prep, molding, testing, fitting, refitting and medi-Cal insurance coverage and secondary insurance coverage with which pertains to my elderly father. Also note that the type of prosthesis necessary depends on lifestyle. I'd also point out that having a lighter prosthesis doesn't mean it's better. Like a good kitchen knife, it should have some weight to it. I had a wonderful time asking a million questions away to Daniel. There were two handicap spots in front of WaBa Grill. Quick tip: don't eat at the WaBa Grill next door. Save yourself and go to Tender Greens instead for the same type of food. I'll update this later as with progress on the prosthesis.

Rick and his team work hard to make a good fit for your prosthesis and they have a personal touch where you really feel like they know you!! Many of their prosthetists also have missing limbs as well so they have first hand experience with the difficulties that amputees can face. The office is a bit of a drive for me but well worth it!! I know some people even fly in from out of state.
