I have absolutely no complaint about the care I received at Inland Imaging. All of the staff I spoke to, and the man who administered my MRI (pretty sure administered is not the right terminology, but it gets the point across) was top notch. But I'm not a complete fan. My first complaint came today when I received a voice mail encouraging me to "go green" and use the Inland Imaging website to pay my bill. Only once I got there, it would not let me see the bill until I provided my account number. But since I had not received a bill, I did not have it. I spent way more time than I care to trying to see the bill so I could pay it. The only place on the site I could go was the place to enter my payment info. No problem paying, just a problem seeing what I was paying. Frustrating. I would have given them 5 stars...but either the website needs to be changed or the voice mail does. read more

We have been trying to schedule MRI for two days. Was on their answering service for over 28 minutes one day and 30 minutes the next. Even left messaging phone number for return call. Did not get , so went to Valley office. There were no people waiting and three receptionist. Stated the issue and they quoted that's just the way it is. They were not helpful, and the phone service is terrible. We are very dissatisfied. read more

Very disappointed with the Spokane Valley location on Mission Avenue. I called to check on the status of my orders and wasn't able to get through. After almost 4 hours, I got a call back and was told they have all my paperwork in their system but it will take about a week to process. I called again a little over a week later and again had to wait half the day for a call back. This time they said they have no paperwork whatsoever on me in the system. So I went to drop off the forms myself. I got to their door exactly 7 minutes before 5 PM and they were already locked up and closed. Shame on them! read more

Try calling them; "There are 51 calls before you" Any day, any time, same45min-2 hr waiting time. Wish we could do negative 10 ratings...

My overall experience with inland has been very good. They offer procedures like y90 that isn't offered in my area. The quality of care was great and the staff are all very nice people. I'm glad they are in this region. read more

Friendly staff, very reasonable waiting period, their X-ray is closed for lunch from noon to one pm. If you're doing walk in X-rays I suggest getting there about a quarter to one, no wait time. read more

I'm currently sitting in the waiting room waiting for a ultrasound per my Doctor's orders and wondering why I didn't choose the other location on Sullivan. It's been over 30 minutes since my appointment time, the waiting room is small and filthy. Had I gone to the other location (appointment not scheduled by me) I would have sat in a nice spacious, clean waiting room with comfortable chairs and probably would have been called back by now. Update: It's 9:38. Another woman who was scheduled at 9:00 also, went up to the desk to find out why she hadn't been called yet and they said her appointment isn't until 10:00 so I followed behind her and told them that I had been sitting since 9:00 also and it's past 9:30 and the receptionist said my appointment was set for 9:45! I'm a retired woman who does not like to get out of bed for absolutely no reason so this angers me. This facility has a Sadist who likes to call and tell patients that your appointment is set much earlier than the scheduled time and apparently (and based on the other woman's dilemma ahead of me) that person just does it for kicks. That person needs to be told to come in an hour early and then fired! Send her over to the Social Security office where they like to play with people. Bottom line: If you don't want to waste your time needlessly, looking at a filthy floor, then do yourself a favor and go to any other image place but this dirty one. read more

First impression at this location was NOT good. I walked in and I was the only person waiting to be checked in. Waited by the "Wait here" sign for quite a few minutes waiting for the person behind the desk to acknowledge me. However, Joanne kept typing away but eventually threw an "I'll be right you" after a few minutes of what felt like a one-sided staring contest. No smile, no hello and barely any eye contact. The only reason I'm giving a three star is because once I was in, I received great service from Monica. She listened and took her time explaining everything so she's solely responsible for upgrading this review from a one star to three. By the way, walked by Joanne again on my way out and no bye or thank you. Kept staring at her screen the whole time. Please remember that smiles are free but they can greatly improve an experience! read more

After posting my initial review of the customer service I experienced. I was met by Carol, a marketing and PR staff member for inland imaging. She apologized for the issues I had, she made it clear to me that she would be talking to the staff. She was very personable and did her best to understand my frustration. I truly appreciated the effort to fix the issues. Now almost a month later I have been asked by Inland Imaging to update/edit my review. Well, here it is. I appreciate the apology from Carol, as well as any coaching she did to the staff, to help prevent future mishaps. However, you only get to make one first impression, and my first impression was not a good one. I haven't needed to go back to inland imaging since. I will post a new review based on my next experience. Hopefully the issues of my first visit will be nonexistent in my next visit. read more

The personnel at this location (I was there on 6-10-2019) were NOT at all personable. I walked in and no acknowledgement, no greeting, such as "will help you shortly." I was there for a simple x-ray follow up of a broken foot. Though the waiting area was not busy, it took 20 minutes of waiting before I was called back. Technician Sara, obviously never looked at Dr's orders for why I was there. Unbelievably, she set me on a ROLLING stool even though it was obvious I was only operating with one good foot/leg. Seriously, what kind of support is there on a rolling stool when one has to lift a leg on to the machine? Once finished, she never bothered to help me off the rolling stool, just walked away and said results may take a couple days. Nor did she offer to escort me back to front desk/exit but immediately went back to her gathered group to resume chit-chat. Very disappointing!! read more

I scheduled an appointment that my doctor ordered 1.5 months in advance. I confirmed my appointment two days before and scheduled myself off work because the procedure was going to take 90 minutes and they said I should expect to have discomfort the rest of the day. As I was pulling into the parking lot, I got a call from scheduling (15 minutes prior to my appointment), and they said that my appointment was cancelled!! I got the run-around and heard three different excuses, one of which was a complete lie (they said my dr. canceled the appointment). This experience was extremely upsetting considering I have a subsequent appointment with my regular doctor to review my results that now has to be changed. Additionally, the fact that a radiologist who has never seen me and knows nothing about my medical history is able to cancel my appointment 15 minutes ahead of time is outrageous. I called my regular doctor and confirmed that the correct testing was ordered. HORRIBLE service and no urgency to rectify the situation. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

I had a mri at this office and found it very good. The staff were very helpful and did all they could to make me comfortable. They were thoughtful and I couldn't have had a better experience. The nurse Mary was so nice and all the mri personal were kind and helpful. read more

The mammogram tech didn't seem to know how to place me in the machine. I knew something was wrong bcos I was being twisted in weird positions. Sure enough the images didn't turn out due to technical error. I went to a different clinic and they re-did the images. I could tell a difference instantly, for one it was comfortable. They said that I wouldn't be charged for the second set of images and sure enough I was. And they didn't send the claim to my insurance co. but said it was denied. When I asked the accounting dept about this he acted like they didn't know my insurance number and yet a copy was made of my insurance card at the clinic. Bottom line, how can a mammogram tech not know how to take a mammogram is beyond me. And really what is it they are trying to get away with exactly regarding the billing? read more
