After my scans, Brianna at Kvinna contacted me to say that I had two masses in my left breast that were very concerning and required biopsies. I got an appointment at a hospital breast center for a 3-D mammogram on both breasts and a sonogram on the left breast, expecting surgeries to biopsy two masses. There were no masses visible in either breast. The radiologist from the hospital called me immediately after my scans to say that she had noticed that the scans from Kvinna were mis-labeled (left labeled as right and vice versa), so I should return for a sonogram of the right breast. I returned immediately for a scan of the right breast, which also showed no masses. When I contacted Kvinna about the mis-labeling mistake and the fact that no masses showed up, Brianna checked with the radiologist and said that the pictures were, indeed, mis-labeled and that someone two weeks earlier had also had her scans mis-labeled at Kvinna. When I asked why the masses were no longer there, I was told that one may have resolved on its own in the 10 days between scans, but that the other one was a problem, and I should have it biopsied. No one will biopsy a mass that cannot be detected. Kvinna caused me a very worrisome few weeks and did nothing to make amends for their mistakes. I recommend staying far away from this clinic which will happily take your money and scare the daylights out of you, while admitting that they have made mistakes in your case and previous ones. The peaceful office environment is of little worth when you needlessly spend the next few weeks scared and organizing new scans only to find out that you have no problem.

Who's the incompetent bozo who runs this side of the business? And just to add insult to injury, you have to hear every minute how "a representative will be with you shortly." Has it occurred to any of the geniuses at Inland Imaging that they may need to expand their phone scheduling department to meet the needs of folks who live in Spokane? I showed up about a half hour early and they also got me in early which was nice. Every staff person I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Step by step instructions were clear. The contrast portion of the procedure was not as painful as the one I had 15 years ago and the Dr made it go quickly. The MRI was easy and they also offer headphones if you need that. Otherwise, this was a claustrophobic experience made easy.

The nan is a cretin, no social skills, bo communication on our questions and no discussion of what we were there for actually. I was referred there, Sypherd was my Dr. What happened in that office was obscene. Absolutely, no communication, no social skills at all. Literally, open your pants to examine penis and testicles, no idea why. Then a cursory bend over order on the table. He didnt ask if my wife wanted to step outside or anything. Evidently I was to tall for him and he didnt think of his stool, but he told me to bend my knees....so as I begin to do that, he uses his knee to hit the back of my knees causing me to drop down, while at the same time, he forcibly went up with the rectal exam, it was extremely painful and when he finished, he just dropped a moist towelettes on the table to clean up with. My wife was horrified, I was embarrassed and this Doc then told me I needed a biopsy and walked out. I asked to see another doc. .however they do not allow that, in fact i was told that i could see Dr. Nelson, but he wouldn't treat me, he would just answer any questions and then refer me out of network!
