I have tenants in my California Property and when my agent called me and said, "we have a problem..." I was concerned. I've owned several properties but this is the first one where my upstairs bathroom caused a leak in my downstairs living room. I really didn't know what to do or who to call. I talked with several companies and once I talked with Inland Restoration, I felt like I had someone who cared about my situation. Juan explained the process, came out to my property and assured me of what and how to mitigate the problem. First, he removed the damaged ceiling, identified the leak and recommended that I contact a plumber to resolve the issue. Juan and his team followed the plan he explained and provided World Class service. They had to completely dry and treat the affected area and 4 days later, they repaired the ceiling. I will only call Inland Restoration for any type of damage to my home in California. I know Juan and his team will restore my property as if it were his own. Juan and his crew have been nothing but prompt, friendly and professional. We had a leaking pipe behind the shower and discovered warped baseboards and wet carpet in 2 adjacent rooms. Juan came the same day and provided us with a breakdown of the services needed. Within a day they got to work to remediate the damage. I had a leak show up on the ceiling of the living room. Juan and his team were able to come out quickly and evaluate the damage and provide me with a quote. He explained the process and gave me recommendations for how to proceed with the repair. Once the bathroom above was repaired Juan was a able to come back out and complete the work. After researching and speaking with a few unreliable companies, we finally found Inland Restoration. I called and left a message requesting a quote and Juan called right back to set up an appointment to look at repairs needed at my mom's home. The day of the appointment he was running a bit late, but made sure to notify me and check to see if it was still ok to meet. I appreciated that so much because I hate waiting and wondering if someone is going to show up when they're running late especially for an appointment! Juan came and explained everything to us. He was patient and and addressed all of our concerns and answered any questions we had. Throughout the process, he was very responsive either through phone calls or text. Found an unexpected water puddle in the garage late Sunday, hoped it was just an open water bottle, but traced it back to my water heater. Even worse there was no pan so the drywall shelf it was sitting on was damp and water logged. Called Inland Remediation and Juan was at our place first thing in the morning. He checked things out, showed me where the problems were, and walked me through the remediation process. We needed to get the heater replaced as well and Juan even got us connected with a plumber who was able to come and setup the replacement unit, so Juan can do the demo, sanitize, and dry everything up over 3 days. He came back put in the new drywall, mud, texture and paint. Kept everything clean, covered our stuff with plastic and made sure any questions I had were answered. My husband had a lung transplant last February & was doing great for the first 6 months but started having problems with infections.
