I happen to meet Monica around town after using her services and found her to be a great human as well. only after we got to talking did I realize that she owns JCK Topsoil her drivers were accommodating with where i wanted the soil dropped so I didn't have to move it much. both times they dropped it in tricky places with minimal turf damage. overall they saved me a lot of physical labor. between quality and service they're great! If there is an issue, he does not stop until it is fixed, including multiple visits to make sure and then he doesn't even bill me until the job is completely done. Be patient, he is a one man shop so may not be able to service right away.
