TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT My husband (26M) and I (26F) stayed at Sand Hollow for our delayed honeymoon the first two nights of our week long time down in southern Utah. We are active golfers and we both played in college. We played the championship course and the 9 hole. Golf course was great but our stay not so much.... We left Monday morning and I forgot my wallet in the room. Miscommunication between my husband and I on who was going to double check the room, no one's fault really. They didn't contact us until Wednesday morning about the wallet and upon receiving it all our vacation money in it was gone. $740. That's a lot of money for us and this vacation was definitely our splurge. ie - delayed honeymoon for a reason. Upon picking the wallet up on Wednesday, my husband first asked if anybody stayed in the room after us (maybe a guest?) would explain the reason for the delay in us being notified. No other guests after us so only staff handled the property and room was cleaned same day. We then informed them that there was money missing and how much. Management said they would open an investigation and would give us a call on Thursday. Now we are not naive enough to think we were going to get the money back but at the end of the day, we did get money stolen from us. It's a terrible feeling. We called them Friday afternoon not hearing anything on Thursday. Manager was out of office. Monday was Memorial Day so we gave the grace of a couple days given Memorial Day and nothing. No calls from them. We follow up the following Wednesday (now one exact week since we picked up the wallet) and it was very apparent from the conversation they had no intent on calling us for an update. Definitely our fault for leaving our property (which is the first time this has ever happened to us) but be warned, don't stay here. A good golf experience ruined by management and the stay.

Wednesday evening is the first time we visited the restaurant at Sand Hollow golf course/resort. Excellent service, top notch cocktails, but the ambiance is seriously lacking. Thank you for cloth napkins and table top pepper grinder but hold the operating room lighting! I'm speaking to the manager! Handel it! Don't be an amateur! This place should be FULL at 7 pm. Don't you know there isn't anywhere to go out in this town that's half way better than Domino's? Please show the appreciation to your given customers ( all the homeowners in the beautiful community) by dialing in the details. Now as for our dinner: Husbands pasta was on point- love the toasted bread - it was just the right amount and my chicken piccata was so creamy, full of flavor and even better- juicy chicken!!! The veggies were drenched in too much butter ( soupy) And mashed potatoes were also soupy, but both items were well seasoned. With such a lovely view to offer and fresh new architecture your customers deserve a better standard of dining.

View view view! Villa we rented was perfect size for four CA golfers. Spacious for fun and dinning. Sight seeing to Zion National Park, ice cream runs to Handles and St. George restaurants rounded out a great trip. Thank you.

Beautiful course. It is hard and the clubhouse rules we were not ready for... If you're from out of state here are some alcohol related tips. -no alcohol until after 10:30 -no alcohol without a food order (unless you're golfing) -you need a table and a server to order food/alcohol on the back patio Now for the golf. This is an amazing course and it is busy so book our in advance. They offer club rentals as well so if you need this service let them know when you make the reservation.

Visiting here once again! I had the Santa fa salad with chicken. Some of the lettuce was not good two small tomatoes were wilted. The chicken had great flavor for a extra $5.00. Also the chips and salsa was very good. Great views and very nice waitress. See I again soon.

It's a unique oversized condo located in Hurricane and very close to St. George, not too far from Zion National Park (about a 45 minute drive). It's conveniently located near the freeway, grocery stores and restaurants. The parking is free and designated parking garage according to your unit with a door entry. I was sold when I saw that they had a full kitchen along with an outdoor and indoor pool. Upon arrival, you don't need to go to a front desk to check in. They email you a code to enter at the door and you just go right in and also the same as when you check out. The rooms are fully stocked with kitchen appliances and even a BBQ grill! The condo itself has ample space, a huge bathroom, a walk in closet, a living room, a dining table that seats 6 and a washer and dryer! The atmosphere is relaxing and with 4 of us, there was plenty of space. The resort is the perfect distance between parks and the city. We enjoyed 4 days here, the amenities and the feeling of privacy. This place is not crowded at all, it was the perfect getaway. Major plus - it's super quiet, there's a gas station right next to it, a little market and a wine store about 500 feet away with tons of wine!

Night one was a disaster. The hot water heater leaked loudly. They attached a faucet hose to keep it from flooding the hallway, but the drip echoed throughout the suite. I had to fix their fix so it was quiet enough to sleep. Private balcony is a no. Throughout the day staff cut between balconies and it wasn't private until we blocked the gates with rocks. The staff is also sketchy. A maintenance guy came in on day two and said he had to change a bulb. Except no bulbs were out and we didn't report one. He fiddled with his phone a while then left. Very odd.

While it's not right at the park entrance, it is a truly unique resort and absolutely worth the extra few minutes of driving. They offer a variety of cool accommodations, including glamping tents, tiny houses, and covered wagons. We chose to stay in a wagon, and despite the weather throwing 40-degree temperatures and high winds at us, it was incredibly warm and cozy inside. The wagon is exceptionally well thought out and equipped with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, easily fitting a family of four. It also featured plenty of lights, outlets, a handy towel basket, and excellent AC/heating. The only downside of such a cold night was having to make the walk down the hill to the private bathrooms. However, the silver lining was getting to look up at an absolutely amazing night sky filled with millions of stars! For added convenience, there is an on-site coffee shop that sells breakfast items and sandwiches. In the evenings, they light up cozy campfires, and if you happen to visit on a warmer day, you can enjoy the beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Between Jamaica, Mexican Riviera and Hawaii (Kauai), St. George, Utah is #4. This was a last minute rush and very simple to book. However using our link to find rental properties by owner, the owner of this property was in transition to removing themselves from that link and assured me the new site "red sands vacations" was a safe site. Sure it was a curve and I felt assured after being contacted by management. New customer on the cusp and we're glad we acted. Due to short notice, we paid the full balance and got our confirmation via email with address, condo # and keyless entry code. The directions provided were accurate and we arrived shortly after 3pm to find our rental nicely furnished and air conditioner set to low and cool. Fully furnished 100% with Kitchen/kitchenware, linen, towels, blankets, ironing board/iron, board games, private laundry room, 3 bedroom furnished with TV's, cable box , blue ray, speakers, comfy family room, large mirror closets with organizers. Having all the comforts of home has become our new habit and don't have plans to return to hotels in the future. Bring your clothes and stock the pantry, refrigerator and freezer. If you need to buy something minor, leave it behind and add more things that have accumulated over the months like trash bags, dish detergent or laundry fabric softener. Three ring binder with a welcome cover sheet, detailed instructions on do's and don'ts. A list of restaurants, attractions and things to do. A complete list of emergency numbers in case of any mechanical issues like plumbing and electrical or a non working code. My daughter and her bestie used both swimming pools after sunset till 10pm. The gated pool is only accessed with a key fob to keep unwanted visitors out. Each unit comes with a open parking stall and enclosed single car garage. Keyless entry worked flawless and had no issues. All the electronics in each bedroom worked and each had it's remote control. Housekeeping is available but we didn't pay the extra fee's since we had a short stay and didn't spend any extra time inside. Condo also included a small assortment of handy tools I found above the cabinets in laundry room. The complex has roughly 12 buildings on a large property with ample spacing in between with manicured green lawns. We hardly saw anyone coming or going in our travels. Very quiet with license plates as far as British Columbia. Situated on a hillside overlooking new and old homes, it has a nice view of the city and beyond. Guard shack at entrance has a nice hardscape design. These buildings are probably built in the 80's and hardly show any damage from harsh summer and winter months. Very comfortable and quiet. The amount we paid was justified and would gladly return or recommend to others. As a side note, our unit could use some touch up paint around baseboards, doors and jambs. A few dull spots here and there on finish walls and I would calll immaculate. I'm sure Red Sands can accommodate your preference if you seek valet, dining, room service, guest services, spa treatment, complimentary champagne and brunch. What made the situation even worse was their attitude. They stated they would not inconvenience the other party who booked after us, despite acknowledging that we had reserved the property first and that the error was entirely theirs. The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and complete disregard for our family's plans was extremely disappointing.
