These guys are awesome! I've gotten 3 tattoos in the last year from Mike and Joe. After getting a bad tattoo several years ago, I was nervous about getting any more done. After much research, I determined that Inner Visions was the best place to go, and I was definitely right! Joe, who did the clock last year, took his time with me, and the clock came out FANTASTIC! I went back and saw Mike for the other two, and his work is just as great. No matter who you choose here, it seems you can't go wrong.

I went in as a walk in and wound up with Inner Visions newest artist Christian. And I'm glad I did. I showed him some ideas I had for a cover up. We looked through several different ideas and finally agreed on the 3 Lotus blossom water color. Christian edited where I asked and created a personal design just for me. I have had a few different tattoo artists and I can say without a doubt, Christian has the gentlest hand. I was able to sit for the whole 5 hrs without cringing. It was a great experience. The guys in the shop were really sweet getting me tissues when I got a little emotional. I will definitely be back and work with Christian again.

Joe Riley is my tattoo artist! His work speaks for himself. He is one of the best artists in the business. I have followed him for years on social media. When I decided to start my super hero work to the back, I new Joe was the only guy I wanted. He is down to earth, his shop a large, impressive and the color scheme brings around a tranquil like environment. I love his personal paintings that cover the walls of his shop, this feature truly allows one to see he is an artist along with being a rocking tattoo artist. If you are looking for a guy to get your first tattoo, start a new project or cover up a junk tattoo then Joe Riley is your guy!

Im bummed that I have you write this review. The guys at inner vision tattoo are some of the nicest people I've ever met..... but $11,000 for a sleeve that not finished is absolutely ridiculous! I got sold for a level of quality and production that just doesn't exist there. I was assured for $300 an hour I would have a design created, and I would be out of there in 3/3.5 sessions totaling roughly $6-$7k. The design was made the first session, and didn't quit live up to the pictures. Everything past that was improvised and I ended up with a patchwork of tattoos instead of a cohesive design. 6 sessions later and $11k and I had to walk. I can't spend $14k on a tattoo. They sell themselves on quality, but for that price that 10 out of 10 just isn't there. See attached pictures. This is not $300 an hour work. If you go here, be very selective about which artist you choose. I selected Utah based on his bio, which clearly shows he is very talented. That said, his time management and communication were extremely disappointing. I was quoted and paid for a piece that should have been completed in two full sessions, yet both sessions started late, the first session included numerous extended breaks, and the second session ended early. Because of this, I was asked to return for a third "finish-up" session. I was never told it would be billed separately and only learned of an additional charge upon arrival. This extra session would not have been necessary if time had been managed appropriately. I also had to push repeatedly for a color correction. It was eventually fixed, but only after insisting, and the artist was clearly unhappy about it. It felt as though my input was being dismissed, as if I were a canvas for the artist's preferences rather than a paying client commissioning a custom piece. Exceptional talent, but poor time management, weak communication, and an unacceptable last-minute pricing surprise. I would not recommend this artist. read more

So I went there on a hunch it was the shop I needed and I was right. I had a guy back at home nearly finish my work but I needed to get it done. I went with Mike. He specializes in my style. Excellent service , patient , understanding and a perfect ending to a long story. All the artists are friendly and talented and the receptionist is even really nice. Hi, my name is Joe Riley. Las Vegas is one of the most interesting places that I have tattooed. There seems to be a lack of communication, fair pricing, and respect for tattoo clients, so I created Inner Visions Tattoo to fix that. My main focus is to make sure that you have the best tattoo experience in Las Vegas. We treat everyone with the utmost respect whether this is your first tattoo or your completely covered. I wanted to fit into the theme of north arrows but I didn't want to be literal as I already have a compass tattoo. I'm from Oregon and wanted a stalk of lavender and a bee. Tony understood the assignment and made it so artsy I can't stop looking at it. I'm not sure if I asked for an arrow, as I was exhausted from being out as sober support for my other surveyors after hours, but there is a shape of one with the bee and flower. I traced the lines on a photo because I am that professional and so my qa/qc . I truly love it! The whole appointment was a wonderful experience and now we both have a bee tattoo. I never get spontaneous tattoos and I'm so glad this worked out so well. I doubt I'll do it again unless I find Tony! I'll likely find him/travel if I get another larger tattoo in the future. Also, I want to note he was very respectful and aware I was a child of trauma with issues and a fidget toy. He not only watched for any buddy language, but also empathize with me in his families life experiences. Easiest tattoo experience I have had and it erased a "bad" experience relating to another tattoo artist, though their work was also very good.

SO very happy with Joe Riley and Inner Visions Tattoo! Thank you for giving me a tattoo I can be really proud of. My advise to anyone is to know what you want but let Joe do his thing too, he is a top artist... let him be an artist. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! The shop is very clean a loaded with amazing art from Joe. The staff was incredible and very welcoming for anyone. I have been to 3 different shops and by far Inner Visions is leading in professionalism and setting the best atmosphere for tattooing. Music, conversation, and attention to detail was immaculate. My daughter, Kylie and I visited Inner Visions Tattoo today, Nov. 7, 2018 for a session with heralded artist Joe Riley. From the second we walked into his shop, Joe treated us with incredible courtesy and respect. I am a deaf gentleman, and both Joe and his assistant, Danny, were extremely accommodating with my disability. Now, on to the tattoo itself...any adjectives I could use would not accurately describe the quality and detail of Joe Riley's work. His talent is insane and the speed with which he works is absolutely amazing. My daughter Kylie flew over 2,000 miles to see Joe and is extremely pleased with her anarchy heart tattoo, saying it was better than she could have ever imagined. Joe Riley is our go-to tat artist from now on and we both heartily recommend Inner Visions to any tattoo enthusiast . I wanted to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday with a tattoo he's been really wanting. I went through several different tattoo shops and everyone was either short, over charging, or wouldn't answer shop phone or email, I had done a quick google search and found Inner Visions, who had great reviews. Danny was very quick to answer my email and gave me an amazing price for the work he had done not to mention he had a chill personality. When we arrived the day of the tattoo Danny made sure we were comfortable and got to work right away. He took the design we wanted, cleaned it up and put some of his own flair to it which really made it pop and stand out! Danny was also quick and finished before the time he had estimated for us. I highly recommend Danny he will hook you up and make your visit enjoyable! We definitely will be going back for all of our future tattoos. read more

I have been going to Joe Riley for Tattoos for almost two years now and he is definitely the best in the business. I have been living in Vegas for a long time now and never pursued getting any new tattoos because I could not find any artists whos artwork caught my attention. I came to Joe to get a cover up and was amazed by his work and professionalism. I knew I had found my tattoo artist. Since then he has completed a whole sleeve on me and I am planning on him doing my entire back. I have been to his new shop and the atmosphere is great. FANTASTIC SHOP AND SERVICE!!! I came in for my sleeve appointment and was super nervous to say the least. When I came into the shop I was warmly greeted by his amazing apprentice. The shop was beautiful, and clean. Joe was such a pleasure to work with and took his time with me on the concept and placement. He took the time to learn about what my tattoo meant to me. My husband and I were in Vegas for 4th of July and I decided to get my second tattoo to commemorate my second battle with breast cancer. I was a walk-in and the staff were friendly, looked at the picture I wanted and drafted the stencil. I am very pleased with the work and it is healing nicely. In addition, they added some additional color to my first tattoo as the pink had faded. I would highly recommend this shop. read more

Joe Riley is an amazing tattoo artist! I first found him because he did my brothers biomechanical sleeve, he has since been working on my psychedelic cat piece on my leg. Joe is nothing short of amazing! There is absolutely nothing that he cannot do. He did a photo realistic lion on my rib cage and he knocked it out of the park. The next one he did for me was a very Feminine script on my other side and again did a fabulous job. I travel 2200 miles to see Joe because when it comes to tattoos I won't settle for anything but the best! Highly recommend!! read more
