I went to Innerfit for postpartum massage. I had called them on phone but didn't get any response for an appointment so I ended up doing it online for which I had to create an account with Vagaro. Personally I don't like making accounts at random websites and would have preferred to have it done over phone. When I got to Innerfit for my appointment there was no one at the reception and I thought they were closed. I rang their doorbell and was greeted by Theresa who was my massage therapist. Theresa was warm and welcoming. She had 17 years of experience in this business and she did a great job. She told me they had to cut down because of COVID and were slowly getting back their business, which explained the empty reception area. I felt very comfortable and relaxed after my massage. So apart from the slight issue with making appointment everything else was great. Theresa made up for it by giving me a great massage. The massage room was small but clean. I got an amazing workout and the best relaxation treatment I have ever had. I wish I can afford a Power Plate or belong to a gym that had it. I can see this machine shaping up my legs and build up my core strength within weeks. If you want that separation between your glutes and hamstring, this is the workout for you. I can't say enough great things about the iMRS treatment. If you don't know about this, you should go ask someone. :) So you lay on bed with a layer of magnetic grid underneath a cushion. You're given a blindfold that has lights that is coordinated to the sound coming from your headset. There are 4 color setting (I think red, blue, yellow & green). You're tucked in for 20-30 minutes and within 3 minutes, you're snoring. The first time, I didn't sleep because I was fascinated with how I felt my blood flowing throughout my body. I was twitching from my shoulders down to my toes. The lights also reminded me of my college experimental days and I couldn't stop giggling about my experience. The last thing I want to share is about Infrared sauna. I told a coworker the next day after my first visit and he dropped some knowledge about infrared saunas. I had no idea that infrared is a type of treatment for cancer similar to the Gerson Therapy. I mentioned that he had clients that swore by it but it can't be medically documented. read more

Upon parking I was met with nature - an urban oasis of big trees, large rocks with a cascade of water flowing down. Arriving inside the tranquil but uplifting innerfit entrance, I was imbibed with a feeling of exclusive "circuit wellness." I was greeted by knowledgeable and gracious staff who guided me through the state of the art fitness equipment. Starting with the Power plate, I felt the vibration made my legs strong and toned. I stood on the plate in various positions, while it did the work in just ten minutes. Next on the circuit was 20 minutes of infrared cycling. This was my favourite for sure! The comfortable and pleasurable heat targeted specific and tough areas in my legs. I enjoyed the warm flood of sensations from the inside out. Getting off the machine in an uplifted state, my skin was glowing as I floated into the next room - to lie on a bed and experience the IMRS system. As I lie there, with an eye pad on, waves of sensation and light pulsed through my body, seemingly balancing my mind and body into a calm zen state. At another time, I would love to incorporate the Yochi yoga/chi gong classes and anti aging facials into this circuit. This way one could experience the full Innerfit vision of whole mind body wellness - beauty and fitness - from the inside out. This place is A-mazing! This is definitely not one of your typical gym-like atmospheres. It's like some sort of luxurious spa, that also caters to health, fitness, and well-being, too. I just tried the Celluma light therapy acne treatment with Tonja H. at Innerfit. After one treatment I could already see my skin healing and calming down. I am so excited to have access to this powerful tool. I have struggled with occasional acne on my forehead and chin area (digestion, stress, hormones). I discovered InnerFit online while searching for a facility that had an infrared sauna for use. I was amazed to discover all the other wellness services available at this studio. When I first came in, I was warmly greeted by Eliscia and then given a tour of the entire studio. This included getting to try out some of the other equipment, like the Power Plate which uses vibration to help cleanse the lymphatic system, and the iMRS system. It was also exciting to discover that they offered YoChi classes, which are a combination of Yoga and Chigong. I ended up signing up for a one on one session with Master Alex which was incredible. Compare to Bellevue, the Redmond office is actually bigger and better, love the fact that they have two Saunas, me and my husband were able to use it at the same time, not in the same room. :) Lauren, Hannah and Britta continue to make my day with their smiles and they are also super knowledgeable. I finally get to try the PowerPlate and ready to try other cool equipment they have. They now even have yoga classes. For a wellness center, it is very comprehensive. The fact that they now have an in house chiropractor who specialize in wellness and in nutrition is a bonus. After they moved, I also try their spa: first microcurrent facial ever. Tonja is a master, you can ask ANYTHING about your skin, she will have the answer for it. If you are hitting a plateau or bored with your usual gym activities, try this place out. read more
