The best staff ever! All the people there are super nice. This is my number one go-to place to get adjusted and for pampering (my massages that range from 1 to 2 hours). 2 Hours is the ultimate best, I don't get it as often as I should. Victoria is my go to person for deep tissue. I have never left disappointed and love that I can feel comfortable enough to ask Victoria to work on specific areas during my massage. I've tried cupping (which was interesting... I'd like to try it again soon). I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking to get a great massage (and cupping!) and for chiropractic services. Dr. Neha has a way with my back, she's patient and I always leave feeling brand new. Also a HUGE plus.. they always have a pot of delicious teas available that you can enjoy. DO NOT GOT HERE IF YOU HAVE PPO INSURANCE - THEY OVER CHARGE! I first went to Dr. Heidi to get an adjustment and massage. She was very gentle with her adjustment and told me that I should tell the massage therapist to massage certain areas. When I went into the massage room I told the therapist (Victoria) what Dr. Heidi told me and my shoulders were massaged for over 30 minutes. Dr. Heidi never said I needed my shoulders massaged, so I didn't get the areas massaged that I needed. I thought maybe Victoria felt something that Dr. Heidi didn't, so I tried her again on the next visit. My calves were very tight this visit so I asked Victoria to massage them, she again worked on my shoulders for over 30 minutes and maybe 5 on my calves. I switched to Maegan on my next visit who was awesome and much better. I have Blue Shield PPO insurance. With PPO insurance you never make a co-pay at the Dr.'s office, but Dr. Heidi had me make a co-pay every time I visited. $5 for chiro and $20 for an hour massage. I went around 10 times to Dr. Heidi until I got an insurance claim. The insurance claim stated that I owed Dr. Heidi far less than what she was collecting from me. Plus for every visit she billed insurance over 5 different items - never had a chiro do that before. I brought in my paperwork and showed it to Flora who works in the front office and she told me that the insurance paperwork is confusing and that I shouldn't worry. I told her that I wanted my money back because my insurance already paid the bill and Dr. Heidi got involved. She told me that she was charging me less than what the insurance statement told me I owed. When I finally did the math Dr. Heidi owed me around $150!! I called after my insurance finalized all the claims and asked her to pay me back. I just got a check in the mail for 3/4 of what I am owed. She is missing 2 payments I made to innermovement chiro. Then Flora told me that the next time I come in Dr. Heidi would only charge me $10 for a massage, THAT IS STILL MORE THAN I OWE FOR A MASSAGE THROUGH INSURANCE!!! THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS! read more

When I was 7 months pregnant with my second child I fell on a wet floor in a grocery store. I was hurting but when I was no longer pregnant I felt better (or else was too busy & could overlook it). When I became pregnant with my 3rd child, it was as though I fell that very day; I was in pain and it couldn't be overlooked. I made an appointment at Berlin Wellness, which had the reputation as the best place to get chiropractic care when pregnant. That is where I met Dr Neha Bhatia, who had worked there for a few years. I liked her immediately- she is friendly, warm, and gives the best massages IN THE WORLD. I felt AMAZING after my first massage & adjustment. She gave me stretches to do at home, which also helped. When she left Berlin for Innermovement Chiropractic, I tracked her down. Innermovement is a much more relaxing and lovely place. While at Berlin I was paying an arm & a leg for each appointment, and was thrilled to discover that Innermovement TOOK MY INSURANCE! I pay $50 for the world's greatest massage and an adjustment instead of triple that. Dr Bhatia was worth the initial high price but obviously the savings are nice! I saw her throughout my entire 3rd pregnancy and I went from feeling terrible to feeling fantastic. After my appointment with her I could always count on an amazing night sleep; I typically would wake up many times a night but after an appointment I would finally be able to log a bunch of hours in a row. I often say she is the best thing I ever did for myself. I wish I had seen her through my other pregnancies (even though they were non-eventful) and will continue to see her now that I am done having children. On the topic of massages, after 3 pregnancies I have had many prenatal (and regular) massages, and at some really nice places. I got a gift card to the Ritz and got a massage there during this last pregnancy- the whole time I wished I was with Dr Bhatia. I would trade in any hour massage for the half hour with her. Other places pet you, where Dr Bhatia will give deep tissue (if that's what you want), focuses on the areas you need, and knows the pregnant (and not pregnant) body. It is really the best massage I've ever had. In response to the past reviewer, I can't even begin to understand what happened there. I have been to the office countless times and there is always someone at the desk, and Dr Bhatia has always been incredibly respectful. I take off my clothes during the massage (which is standard), and the massage she does to your groin is something that is expected when you are that far along. It is your personal space but she lets you know it is going to happen and you have the right to say no. If I could erase that review I would because I feel that it in NO WAY reflects the Dr Bhatia or Innermovement Chriporactic that I know. I truly cannot more highly recommend Dr Bhatia. She is respectful, warm, and incredibly skilled. She made a major difference in my life, and I credit her for making my last pregnancy wonderful, where it had the potential to be really rough. After waking up on two different occasions with pretty severe back pain and suffering from awful headaches for years, I finally decided it was time to figure out what was going on with my body. I called on a Wednesday and was able to be seen that same day by Dr. Broosan. After asking my specific questions about my lifestyle, my pain, and other symptoms I had been having, he did a complete analysis of my posture, my movement, and different places along my back and spine that were not properly aligned and inflamed. I received an adjustment that day and immediately felt relief. Since that initial visit, I have seen Dr. Broosan two more times and after each time I feel better and better. He came up with a plan for me outside of being adjusted so that I am not reliant on having my back cracked to feel better. I had acupuncture for the first time ever at this facility. Place was old and not too inviting but I had a good experience during the procedure. I had acupuncture in my shoulder area and hip. Afterwards, when I sat in the car, something was tingling. Didn't think much of it as I assumed it was my mind playing tricks or it it's a side effect. As I drove, I felt more and more discomfort so I pulled over to check and found a NEEDLE in my clothes! It was bent. I don't know if it punctured my skin or not since the area was already numb from the procedure + I couldn't see behind me. I was so disappointed and frustrated at the thought that it could have been someone else's needle! I contacted them and they replied back right away assuring me that it couldn't be anyone else's needle (that's not a guarantee) and that things like this happen from time to time. He said he would count the needles from now on (which were not a lot- maybe 6-8max) and that he had stopped counting because he hasn't had anything like this happen in a while.... How can they be sure it was my needle? How can someone be so sure of themselves that they stop taking precaution? I have to now go for blood tests to make sure I haven't contacted anything from "my needle". read more

When I was referred to Dr. Heidi I was in a very bad state, but within the first few minutes of discussing things with her I knew I was in the right place, she just got it. This clinic experience was very pleasant. I highly recommend it for a massage. The room I had it in was dimly lit and had a small water fountain. This decor accentuated the relaxing experience as did the therapist's touch. She was quiet throughout the service and didn't ask me too many questions. I can't stand chatty therapists that keep talking and don't allow me to relax. Victoria is not like that. She was a great massage therapist and Heidi is a sweetheart. I appreciated the great smell inside the office and wide array of services provided in one stop. The ladies at the front desk are very attentive and time conscious. They don't ignore you when they see you, like in other places. I appreciated the service, price and professionalism. My son started seeing Dr. Neha at around 7 or 8 months old, we noticed he was constantly slumping/slouching to the same side anytime he was sitting and it had us concerned. Our pediatrician gave the ok to explore pediatric chiropractic care. Seeing Dr. Neha was so helpful, his appointments were drama free, she was always so sweet with him and the slumping was no more. He's now a happy toddler who has been dubbed the best athlete in his school! I started seeing her myself when I became pregnant again and needed relief from the pain that often attacked my back, hips and glutes. i have been going to dr heidi for about 6 years now. i can't say enough great things about her and her staff. i have referred many friends and even strangers to her... dr heidi takes the time to really listen to her patients and only adjusts what needs to be adjusted. its amazing how i can walk into her office in pain and leave feeling instantly better. i used to have a lot of back pain before i started going to her and now i rarely have any pain anymore. she is magic :) i like the fact that inner movement chiropractic is a wellness center. the adjustments are amazing but its much more than that. they have everything you need to get you back on track. and the great thing about having massage therapists in the same office is that they really work together to help you. i am so grateful to have found dr heidi and the whole staff of inner movement chiropractic! read more

When I woke up a few days ago, I couldn't move my neck. My head felt like 200 pounds on my shoulders and I was in agonizing pain. I knew Dr. Heidi from last year and decided to just walk in her office without an appointment. Although she had many patients, she still fit me in. Dr.Heidi is young, yet experienced. She worked miracles that day. She's not only a chiropractor, she is a real healer. When I left her office, I felt like I was a different person. Afterwards, she suggested a massage in addition to the chiropractor appointment. I made an appointment right away and saw Victorya the next day. Victorya was an amazing massage therapist, as well as a healer. I have had a lot of massage therapy in my life, but her's was the best I've ever had. This review is for Dr. Heidi and Dr. Neha, massage therapists Victoria, Andreja and Lynsey, and acupuncturist Kevin (and it's LONG overdue). I trust all of them with my neck and back issues, and it's kind of like one-stop shopping for your body! I have been seeing Heidi since Innermovement was at its previous location. I had seen many chiropractors before her and truly none compare. Over the years, I have referred others and they too swear by how effective and caring she is. Amazingly, Dr. Neha, the other chiropractor I see, is also wonderful. They both take the time to really understand your problem in a holistic way and do a lot more than simply make adjustments (working the muscles, teaching specific stretches, analyzing posture and making other recs). Victoria, Andreja and Lynsey are all excellent massage therapists and easy to communicate with. Kevin is fairly new there and I've only seen him a few times for needles and cupping, but I highly recommend him as well. I recently had a lower back injury and seeing him along with chiropractic helped me recover. He even leant me an electrotherapy tens unit to take with me on a long plane ride! Lastly, over the years, the team at Innermovement (including the frirendly, wonderful receptionists) has put in extra effort to handle any issues with my insurance co. which is yet another helpful stress relief.
