Brenda is a wonderful businesswoman, very professional, friendly, competent and cares about her customers, willing to spend time with each client to address their individual requirements. Each time we bring our artwork, there are other customers picking up their framed pieces, in awe her gorgeous work. This has very much been our own experience with her as well. This made me extremely nervous as I didn't want the scarf harmed in any way, but after speaking with Kettlewell & Edward's, I decided to go with them, and I'm so glad I did. They took their time showing me different combinations of mats and frames because the scarf had so many colors in it. I had no problem waiting 2 months for the finished product and it came out better than I could have thought. A lot of Hermes scarfs show bunching or wrinkles once stitched because it's difficult to get it squarely perfect, but mine came out just right. I first came across this place a few years ago when my wife and I visited the Berkshires. Although we were initially on the fence about purchasing an art print, we ended up getting that along with some of the framed book spines. We recently returned to the area and decided to stop by again. This time, the owner was there, and he was just as friendly and helpful. A few years back, some coworkers had given me a gift certificate for the store after I told them about it. I had completely lost track of it, but the owner called his wife to see if she could locate any record of it--and within 10 minutes, they found it! We left the store with another large framed print, another book spine, and an enlarged, framed vintage train ticket from the Northeast Corridor.
