Her and the whole office kept things up beat and verbized what care practices they where doing to keep me included. It's been a few years now since I started going to Elwood Dental, and I can proudly say that I can get my teeth cleaned with little of the same stress levels that I had 4 years ago. I found Elwood Avenue Dental, I called and asked about the staff, all my questions were answered and I made my appointment. I had issues with a crown for years and Dr Salayta said it needed to be redone. There was no saving it. We had 3 visits, he removed the old crown, prepared the root for the new one and talked me through the whole procedure, step by step. His staff was excellent and knew what he needed next in every procedure and we got the new tooth replacement in about a week. It fit perfect and feels better than the old one ever did!

I Mansour Fadaie visited Secure Dentures & Implants office at 1531 w 81st street Tulsa Ok several…read moretimes. Office was clean and welcoming. The office staff were friendly. Dentists were friendly and polite. I wanted to have a secure denture on my upper jaw. Doctor decided to install 4 implants that the denture click onto the implants. I agreed to install the implants and I paid around $5000.00. After implants healed, I was not sure why they installed 4 implants in front of my upper jaw. You don't have to be expert to know that 4 implants next to each other and in the front of the upper jaw would not hold the denture in place and denture will rock and fall off especially when you try to eat and sometime can cut inside the mouth. Denture will not stay in place because there is no support on each end side of the denture only in the middle. I paid around $5000.00 for this work, and it is no good at all to keep the denture from falling out, even if we use the strongest nylon cap that fits onto the implants. FYI, Nylon caps sit inside the metallic caps that are inside the denture and then fit to the implants. I am not pleased with the dentist's performance and his decision to install the implants in wrong places. This work doesn't do me any good as denture continuously falls out when I try to eat.
