I had the misfortune of colliding with a tire (with wheel and hubcap) that came flying out of nowhere onto the I-110 N freeway (across 4 lanes of traffic to the fast lane) leaving me no other option than to hit it at 70+ mph. Though the car got air, the worst of it seemed to be extensive bumper damage and severely rattled nerves! Since from San Diego, I needed to find someone to check the car and help me get a piece back on so I could drive back to San Diego. A quick yelp search showed Innovative Auto Collisions was about 800 ft. away. Owners (a.k.a. ANGELS) Janet and Markus King went above and beyond. They provided hugs, they screwed the bottom piece back on, assured me the car was safe to drive and encouraged me to continue to my already scheduled appointment, AND refused to take payment for fixing the bottom portion. Due to proximity and insurance I am forced to have the car fixed in San Diego, but if I lived in LA, THIS would be the place I would have any and all body repair work done. The new owners Janet & Marcus took over this place about a year ago and brought along their professional experienced team, so please don't assume the previous staff exists under the new ownership. I was thinking of going to Seidner's Collision Centers; but I found this 5 STAR rating body shop through Yelp and decided to put them to the test on my 2012 Dodge Challenger R/T. I accidentally hit a sign and it put a 8-10 inch (no dent) thick scratch on the driver's side door that removed the clearcoat, paint and primer. The worst thing is that it was right on the body line below the door handle. The work took 4 business days and the work was amazing; they detailed it and my MOPAR looked like the day I drove her off the lot. The work cost me $400 bucks and I am happy with the results. If you need to follow-up they will be glad to work with you. I created a Yelp account just to write this review. I moved to LA recently and I'm just glad I found this place. This is going to be my go to body shop from now on, as long as I'm still in LA. My car was hit when parked and the mirror completely fall off. So, I got a new mirror from AutoZone, and was trying to find someone who could paint and install it for me. I went to another place before this to ask for a quote and they gave me some crazy number. So I decided to try another place and found Innovative Auto Collision. I called for a quote, and this time it's much more reasonable, so I decided to drive here and get it done. As soon as I walk in, Marcus greeted me with professionalism and explained to me what the process would be like. I was scheduled to come here and get the new mirror install on my car today. However, because of the rainy weather, the paint was not completely dried yet. And instead of just installing it like that, Marcus was being honest and let me know what's going on. He apologized and asked if we could do it next week. After the hit, my car rims got some deep black marks/scratches that I had tried so hard to remove but it just didn't work. So, I asked Marcus to see if he can do anything about it, and he just helped me clean it, without even charging me anything. I took my car to Innovative Auto Collision to have some autonomy work done. Someone scratched letters into the hood of my car, my rear bumper was coming off and I had a cracked windshield. I had stopped by early last year to get a quote. The pandemic hit so I couldn't get it fixed until this year. I found this autobody repair shop on Yelp after my car was involved in a collision. The place wasn't difficult to find as the sign was really visible and the gate was open. I pulled in and Janet, the owner, greeted my dad and I. She gave us a roundabout estimate before going into detail. She sat us down inside her neat office and brought together a detailed estimate. She was off by $200 with her first guesstimate. She guaranteed my dad complete satisfaction. She also gave us a nice discount and told us our reparations would be done in less than a week. After doing some quick paperwork, she offered to give us a ride home because we were carless. She also told us where we can rent a car for a discount, so that pleased us as well. During the car ride, something she said stuck w/ me, and that prompted me to write this review. "People say, 'Treat others how you want to be treated.' I say, "Treat others how you want your parents to be treated.'" Throughout the week, she sent me pictures of the car showing me the update. She called me a few days earlier than I had expected. Knowing that we didn't have a car to get there, she offered to pick us up. We got to the shop, she showed us the repaired vehicle as well as extra things she fixed up for us. One of best shops I've ever visited and some of the best people in the business. I recently brought in my 2009 M3 to get my front lip fixed due to the hardships I put it through on/off the track. Earlier in the day I had called around to see if any shop could take me immediately because my schedule was very hectic and I knew that the job would not take much time. I called my usual shops that are popular on the M3 forums but no one had an opening to do something for me. If you know me you know i baby my car. I spend extra $ to get things done correctly the first time. I continued to call around to other body shops near and around DTLA and no luck or they wanted to charge me a lot more than what I thought was reasonable. Then I ran across this phone number and dialed it. Janet took me in and told me what opening gap she had available. I showed up and my car was worked on. They explained to me what was wrong with my lip and and how some of the screws weren't correct (my fault i tried to just place something in to hold it). They replaced it with the correct screws and washers and my lip sits perfectly snugged against my bumper again.
