They were honest in telling me that I should not complete the clock spring fix (smaller repair but still significant cost as I'm a student) until we decided to do a full engine replacement, advising me not to spend the money unless I planned to do the larger job. I got multiple quotes and M&N was the best value in the LA area by me (Westwood). Neff has been attentive and helpful and I have not had issues yet (3 months out).

Additionally, the alleged that they replaced the oil pan gasket and it either wasn't done correctly. Or they used the wrong type of sealant because that also needs to be replaced. Avoid coming here.
