This service was extremely easy and SO GOOD! Art, the owner (very personable, professional, and…read morefriendly) showed up in his vehicle and needed no hook ups. Once he opened the back he had every product he needed and his own water and power. My car looked nicer than it did the day I left the lot! I haven't deep cleaned my car since before winter had started and there was a lot of deep muddy mess and left over road grime that needed to be addressed. Also, the black plastic trim on my exterior needed to be brought back to life. I have a 2016 Ford Explorer, have a small child and often travel with our two very hairy dogs. Art was able to remove stains that had been set in my seat for years, all the dog hair, and baby crumbs! And the best part is, because he's mobile, I didn't even have to leave my home, he was able to do my entire detailing service in my driveway while I waited for him to finish in the comfort of my own home. No awkward waiting rooms or having to lug a baby around. I would recommend Art to anybody needing a detail. The website was easy to understand, the packages were reasonable, he was timely, easy to work with, scheduling was very simple, and he was honest with what he felt could realistically be accomplished in the vehicle. It was clear he takes pride in his work and has attention to detail. I'm looking forward to working with him again, looking to make him a quarterly treat to myself because I didn't realize how nice it is to drive an extremely clean vehicle! 10/10 recommend for your detailing needs!

Had to call Roadside Assistance to jump it so I could get to O'Reilly's Auto Parts for a new battery before they closed. They said it was the alternator not the battery. Contacted DFW Mobile Repair and Hamm responded immediately with a price quote to fix it. Set up the appointment for mid-afternoon the next day, July 5th (Sunday, on a holiday weekend). Hamm was certainly knowledgeable, and after testing, said it was BOTH the battery and alternator. He replaced the alternator (which he had brought, having had my prior information as to car and model) and then drove to O'Reilly's nearby for a replacement battery which he then installed. In short, Hamm was responsive, capable, courteous and efficient. DFW saved the day (although I lost most of the holiday weekend with the problem!). Pricing wasn't cheap but was competitive I'd say. Give DFW a shot. Their customer service and mechanical work was outstanding. They also have a shop in addition to their mobile repair service. I will certainly consider them for all my future work!
