Friendly service. Prices are not too bad. And it gets served to you. The atmosphere was very good as well.

If you're calling yourself a "Japanese Steakhouse" it might just be a good idea to actually stay on top of your inventory and have......steak. Just a thought. Sprucing the place up a bit would help too.

Coming from the DMV, I'm used to "Japanese Steakhouse" meaning that you'll have the experience of them cooking in front of you...unfortunately, while this place had the same menu, it didn't have the experience. The food was great, but the condition of the restaurant left a lot to be desired. Tables were dirty, paint peeling, etc....in general it just needs a bit of upkeep and cleaning. I'll definitely be back.

Youth Lunch. Pretty good. Yum yum sauce is bomb.

Tuna tataki tasted unbelievably fresh! Service was lightning fast and everyone was super friendly! Make sure to request Andy he can virtually read your mind and deliver before you have to ask! "Eddie's Special" (the chefs special) has the perfect kick without overpowering the fish with the perfect smokiness to it! This is officially my new favorite sushi spot! Our lunch meals, and to go rolls, came with soup and salads. Salad comes with a mild ginger dressing. Soups included miso and clear/onion. Hibachi was very fresh. No overcooked vegetables or rubbered protein. Ramen was savory and noodle portion was generous. I ended up taking my leftover to go to check the quality of the noodles and they did NOT get mushy. Overall the food was excellent considering we are in Bethlehem, the service was warm and attentive, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the nigiri.

It was empty on a Wednesday afternoon, I came in with my mom to try this restaurant out! Our server was very kind and attentive to us so service was not an issue! The food was not up to my expectations in regards to taste, but the portions were more than generous. I got the steak yakisoba and my mom got sashimi regular. My mom enjoyed her meal and said one of the slices melted in her mouth lol. The yakisoba was just lackluster I think most people in this area would enjoy this dish, but I am picky about Japanese food because I have strict standards. If you're new to Japanese food, I think this would be a great choice!

DO NOT PASS ON THE EXTERIOR OR INTERIOR a reflection of the food. Completely incongruent to what you think of a Japanese sushi bar. The interior is not Asian in any way. Our shumai was crunchy so not steamed like memories of one in my past but delicious. Had the sexy roll- unique and so fresh. Great flavors, clean and delicious. Ordered 3 more rolls, all a complete complement to each other and again unique, flavorful, and presentation was very nice, the person thought about what they were doing. Sapporos for 3.99. The chef was amazing with the kids and made sure to keep them entertained the entire time he was there. All of the food that we ordered was good & large portions. For $100 we had a steak and shrimp with fried rice (+bacon), a shrimp and salmon with bacon fried rice, a kids steak with fried rice, and a chicken with fried rice, one plum wine & vodka cocktail. The bacon added an interesting taste profile to the rice and was a welcome surprise. Everything was good as requested and we left with zero complaints or regrets after randomly trying this Dacula restaurant. If you're in the area or within 15 minutes of the area and you're craving some hibachi in a relatively quiet environment, check Taki out.
