This place is a hidden gem in Braselton! We come at least once a month and have yet to be disappointed. The steak is always perfectly cooked (especially with shrimp), and the chicken with double fried rice is my personal favorite--bacon in the rice takes it to another level. Ginger salads are super fresh, and we usually double up instead of doing soup. The staff is courteous and efficient, and we're always seated quickly, even during busy dinner hours. Don't skip the sushi if you want a light and tasty appetizer.

I ordered Chinese yesterday and was so disappointed that I tossed it in the trash. AND THEN my fiancé brought NINJA home for dinner because he knew I had a hankering for a delicious fried rice. AND ILL BE DANGED IF HE DIDNT COME THRU! Everything was perfection, high quality and well made. Happy to know this is close to us!

My dad took us all here to celebrate him selling his business and kicking off July 4th. It's certainly a place that is far away from my typical eating spots, but my family and son loves hibachi. We had a little bit of a wait, even with call ahead reservations. They seemed to be semi-busy as well. We got a table in the back room finally, though. Everything here as far as the hibachi food was pretty normal, minus them putting bacon in the fried rice (I don't eat bacon very often so this was a nice treat, and really changed the flavoring of the fried rice). That was my favorite part for sure. The salad was so-so (dressing was very runny) and my chicken & lobster were par for the course. We did order a couple rolls for the family. The GNO roll was unique and very good! Would recommend it. Also, the large hot sake here was the cheapest I've ever seen, so if you like house sake, this is a great place to get your fill! Our Hibachi Chef was a little low on the entertainment. He did ok, but felt like he was going through the motions. This is partially why I decreased my rating, as hibachi to me has always been about the entertainment value from the chef. A great place for the Flowery Branch area, though, and worth a visit!

We came here right at 5 PM when they reopen for dinner. The sushi quality here is consistently fresh and phenomenal. Great taste and beautiful presentation. Our server was sweet and the kids loved her. It's a beautiful restaurant and I will definitely come back to try out their hibachi. Would highly recommend! Come hungry. You won't be disappointed.

Went here a ton back in the day. Still pretty good. If you want decent sushi and decent hibachi, it's a good spot. Most hibachi places have pretty poor sushi but Ninja is decent.

Run down, tired and in deep need of TLC. We let our sever know that it was our 3 year old sons first time and even with that knowledge and us being a party of 6... we got NO SHOW. No volcano, no flying shrimp, no train no egg roll. Overpriced mediocre food with a run down restaurant and tired staff. All around us the chefs were giving full on shows but ours did not, at all.. even though we ordered drinks and appetizers. We won't be back nor would we recommend this place.

Good hibachi spot in Braselton. Food wasn't bad. Our "ninja" was quite entertaining. He had an interesting accent, one you wouldn't expect. Kept the table laughing from start to finish from squirting ketchup, playing catch, ufo sighting, volcano erupting, and heart of rice beating.

Updating my review, this is a great location now convenient to 211 and Spout Springs by way of Friendship road. Long history of good service , great sushi, and great hibachi. I always start or only eat sushi most times and sit at the bar so I can see the fish. Had a great sashimi platter recently, 18 pieces $20 or so- great selection of yellow tail, blue fin tunas, salmon, shrimp, octopus or eel- you can ask for what else u want. Fresh, melts in your mouth. The boys like the Hamilton Mill Roll or Sumo roll, or just a spicy tuna with lots of sriracha! The hibachi you can get at a table or the hibachi grill. Chefs are good, like the kids, food is great. I like filet and shrimp or lobster, shrimp and chicken is good, sirloin is ok. For the price points from 22-$29 an entree, get a filet, rare to MR!! Sooo good. Actually, get what you like. Good atmosphere and local standard. Always good support from owner.

Service was quick and food was good. Hate that they put bacon in their fried rice though which limits me to getting steamed rice.

Not only is the steak amazing but the sides are outstanding as well. It's hard to find both good meats and great sides, however Cotton Calf over delivered on both. My goodness what a meal. The Cajun Ribeye should go in the hall of fame!

We enjoyed the Pearberry which was light and delicious, as well as the Japanese Old Fashioned which my partner thoroughly enjoyed. Although the price for bacon seemed hefty, it's almost a slab instead of slice of bacon. It's a solid portion and very thick and deliciously coated in a sticky sweet sauce that we enjoyed. We were having a great time and were in great spirits but it took a turn once we were seated for the dining portion of the experience.. I think our experience came from the person manning the meats, who in our opinion doesn't know proper temp checks. We ordered multiple filets, ribeyes, and a tomahawk at our table of 5 and every single one was under. We asked for medium and medium rare throughout our table, but they all arrived severely underdone. The tomahawk was the biggest disappointment, when you pay a hefty price, you expect better results.. but it was raw, because rare doesn't even really describe it. We are not the type to make a fuss, so we just ate our steaks and asked for sauce to make them palatable. The flavor was there but it was very subtle, it could used a bit more seasoning. We relied heavily on the sides and our prior experience at the bar to keep spirits up. The reason this review isn't worse is because regardless of our dining experience, our bar experience was superior and I'd go back strictly for that. I would try it again to see if the cook has gotten better but not for a while.

Unfortunately though they had upcoming reservations so we weren't able to sit in the main room. We sat in their second dining room which was off to the side but still decorated. Our service was still good and the waiter was very attentive. For apps, we got the She Crab soup. I would've preferred for the crab meat to be sprinkled on top vs. in the soup but nonetheless it was still delicious. Super fresh!! Omg. I even contemplated on switching my entree to the stuffed grouper to get some more crab meat. I ended up getting the Shrimp scampi which was a great choice. And let me tell you, they did not disappoint with the shrimp. 6 jumbo pieces. Omg. The entree was done pretty well and it was just the right portion size. If we had more time, I would've ordered their toffee bread pudding or the honey crème brulee but that's all the more reason to come back. Oh and order the It was all a dream cocktail. We skipped appetizers because we like to live dangerously. Seafood Pasta: This dish came with so much seafood I started checking for a Coast Guard warning. Mussels, clams, shrimp, lobster, basically an entire cast of Finding Nemo. Flavor was incredible. I just needed a few more noodles to keep the peace between carbs and protein. 1855 Prime Filet & Brussels Sprouts: Let's talk onions. Some restaurants give you three sad little onion scraps like they're being rationed. Marc said, "No, no take ALL the onions." Do you see the picture of the Brussel sprouts? We'll look at the top of the photo.... Under that glorious pile was a perfectly cooked medium-rare steak. No photo because my husband attacked it like it was the last steak on Earth. My uncle is currently in the ICU at a nearby hospital, and my aunt has basically been running on fumes and hospital coffee. We convinced her to step away for a bit, get a real meal, and sit with family without the constant beeping of machines in the background. Close enough to feel comfortable, but just far enough to breathe. Enter LongHorn on a Saturday night, which apparently doubled as prom headquarters. The place was packed with teenagers in suits and dresses looking like they just discovered cologne for the first time. The wait was about 45 minutes, but honestly it worked in our favor. It gave us time to sit, talk, and let my aunt decompress a little. By the time our table was ready, she looked like a human again instead of someone running on pure adrenaline. Once seated, the food did not disappoint. The complimentary bread showed up warm and dangerous because you know you are about to ruin your appetite but you do it anyway. The fried onion starter disappeared faster than prom dates after curfew. We had a full spread of steak, shrimp, and chicken and everything hit exactly the way it needed to. No complaints, no notes, just solid, comforting food done right. Our waiter was attentive without hovering, which is a rare skill. Drinks stayed filled, food came out on point, and we never had to flag anyone down. The restaurant had a lively energy, but somehow it never felt overwhelming. For a couple of hours, we were able to laugh, eat well, and give my aunt a break from a really heavy situation. That alone makes this place worth five stars. The great food and service just sealed it. LongHorn delivered more than a meal tonight. It gave us a moment we really needed.

We chose our old Longhorn standby, because this location has always been good. Host was hiccuping (not covering his mouth) or removing himself from the host station. Then, he obviously was also fighting a stuffy nose.. both gross & out loud. Our server was curt & in a hurry. We quickly realized it was because they were understaffed. IT was only 4 o'clock & dining room wasn't even full! Steak arrived, medium rare versus medium well. Server was short when picking it back up and minced words with me. Customers should not be told "Ma'am, I have dirty dishes in my hand"! A better choice would have been. "I'm so sorry. I've got my hands full, & I'll be right back to take care of you". Never received our shrimp add-on. 10 more minutes later -we were told it was sent back because it was burnt . 10 more minutes later- it was delivered- so we sent it back. After our steak wasn't done right and we didn't receive our shrimp ( in a timely manner or while we were waiting for our re-done steak).... we really weren't interested in eating there anymore. A brand new plate with steak and fresh shrimp should have been delivered to our table. Probably won't be back to this location- mainly because of the service. We could've dealt with the food, if our server wasn't so salty.

The host standing at a stand in the middle of the room was weird and probably uncomfortable for the actual host. She was also the only "professional" one there during our visit. Wait staff was not put together at all, as well as the possible person in charge. I'm talking sloppy, questionable hygiene, and under the influence of somethings. I honestly started questioning my palate. But no, it was undercooked. I love an al dente pasta but like that pasta was hard and sticking to my teeth type undercooked. Grateful for my sealants.
