I had the lunch hibachi shrimp with fried rice and vegetables and Philadelphia roll, all for $20. The fried rice was okay, no vegetables just egg; not much seasoning, definitely added yum yum sauce to the rice. The vegetables weren't hot, more like lukewarm. I've eaten here a few times and always get either the hibachi noodles with veggies or hibachi noodles with chicken. It's pretty decent for a takeout place, about on par with the old food court stuff. The staff are all super nice. Today I decided to add an avocado roll and I am so glad I did. I was a little worried at first because it closely resembles the Kroger sushi packaging but luckily it was not Kroger sushi (although I do enjoy the occasional sushi from Kroger). So I lived in Jefferson for years and I have never ate here until now! We got the hibachi grilled chicken and steak and the grilled chicken steak and shrimp. The plate they give you is extremely generous. I was able to split both trays for four people and still have some to take to lunch. Definitely order extra yum yum sauce because it's also delicious you can also get yum yum sauce from Kroger's. I give this place a 10 out of 10 with what I got. Adequate at best. I found this place with 5 stars and was very hopeful. Served in to-go boxes with self-serve plastic utensils or chop sticks and bottom line soy sauce, not good for sushi. I ordered a $12+ sushi which was bland and jumbo shrimp hibachi. The veggies were so over cooked they were almost inedible. The shrimp were ok. The only high point was the fried rice. There was a lot of it and it was very good. All in all for the nearly $30.00 I spent with water, to eat alone made me wish I would have eaten at home. The dogs enjoyed the rice. read more

What a wonderful addition to the food scene around here. I had the hibachi steak rare and it melted in your mouth. We also had the California roll, spicy tuna roll, and the avocado roll. All three were perfect. My only issue is I wish the tuna in the rolls were chunks of tuna as opposed to a pate texture but all in all two thumbs up! read more
