A long overdue review for an AMAZING company! I started using Insectek over a year ago for my townhome in Phoenix. Living in the city equals living with cockroaches and other insects, especially during the summer. Once I started seeing the occasional cockroach inside, one of us had to go...and they did. Insectek's product immediately took care of the problem and after the initial 7-10 days...I never saw one in the house again. Also, while they are hard to get rid of, I also saw a dramatic decrease in silverfish. Fast forward about 18 months later and they are now treating the home that I bought in Phoenix. If I could give 10 stars I would. We have a scorpion infestation that isn't being handled by our complex so we took matters into our own hands. Joshua, highly recommend requesting him if you can, was so thorough and kind throughout the whole process. Explained exactly where they come from, what the apartment should do to help prevent with maintenance, and sprayed both a powder and a liquid chemical that's non toxic to mammals. Also gave us traps that are non toxic. If you are having issues I HIGHLY recommend requesting this company to come out and help you guys. read more

These guys are the BEST! I called them 2 years ago to come spray for scorpions because the company my HOA used was terrible. I signed up for the monthly service and they were gone pretty quick. From what I read scorpions are pretty difficult to get rid of especially in the hot summer months. Wayne was my tech that came to my home most often. Not only was he super friendly, but he was throughly and always made sure to call ahead and spray in every crack or opportunity for those guys to come in. We chose this service because of pricing and reviews. They do a good job coming out and spraying anywhere we need them to and haven't had any critter issues since we started with them. Would have given them a 5 if they communicated a little better on scheduling when they will come every other month. My husband and I both work long hours so when they let us know same week they are coming at a time while we are at work, it isn't great and we have to try and reschedule. Best pest control company! I have used 3 other companies and Insectek uses all the right stuff. The long story if you care to read it, My family and I moved into a new home and had so many crickets, which I don't love but also don't bother me a ton.... until I learned that scorpions love them! We hired a company and it didn't really help much. We then had a mama scorpion have babies somewhere in our master bath walls. I Lost my mind and decided we had to move. My husband said we maybe should look at other solutions before leaving our home. So I researched a ton, and with all of my info, I called Insectek and asked about the solutions, potency, and products they use. The gal who answered was so kind and patient as I asked a million questions. I was finding a pinkie fingernail sized scorpion a when I met Wayne (our amazing technician). We moved into our new house two years ago in Goodyear AZ. There were scorpions, crickets, cockroaches, ants, and earwigs in and around the house. My technician Tyler was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He educated my husband and I about what needed to be done in order to rid our home of these little critters!
