We found a row of wood of termites in the house. I called them and they quickly set up an appointment for the next day. They were on time and txted me to let me know how far out they were. The tech was very knowledgeable and very polite. We are going to use them again. I highly recommend this company. read more

Has not been the same since Eric left. More mosquitoes,lots of crickets but I was questioned for issue a complaint that service wasn't complete. Provider didn't fit what they thought was normal for him. Cameras don't lie and when he challenged that sealed the deal. Will allow redo minus the liar and will find new company. Who wants to deal with pests? Certainly not me and thanks to the guys at Insectek I don't have to. They came out same day after my initial call! and put me on their schedule for bimonthly service, all for a cost that is significantly lower than what I had paid in my previous home. They are prompt, courteous, and the only pests I've seen are dead ones so their service is on target. We have used Insectek for MANY years! We have always had good service and the team members both at the main office and the ones in the field are great. From the first time we had them out to treat for German roaches (which were gone within 2 weeks of the treatment) to having treatment done for scorpions and crickets we have always had great results. Aubrey was our tech today and the treatment was so thorough and done with such a great attitude. We could not have asked for a better tech! We have had InsecTek for 4 years now and their service remains 2nd to NONE (4 years ago we were new to the area and had tried 2 other companies which we quickly dismissed for poor service). The InsecTek technicians are effective, professional, and there is superb communication from office staff with timely reminders for routine service visits and they are quick to coordinate technician visits when problems arise. I have been with Insectek for a few years now and they have been very reliable, do a great job communicating all around, and have had zero issues with pests. They have never missed an appointment. The day before an appointment I get a text reminder, I get a text when they are on their way, and a follow up letting me know they are done with an explanation of what they treated or things I may notice based on the season when necessary. We have been using Insectek Pest Solutions for a couple of years with great results! Before we started using them, we had a major scorpion problem. It got to the point that I no longer felt comfortable in my own house. But since we started using them, I have only found one live scorpion and one dead scorpion inside (in 2 years and they came back out to respray when I found the live one!). We have had several different technicians in those 2 years, but all have been very great. Kole sprayed for us today and he is very personable and thorough. Hands down InsecTec is the most professional and reliable service company that I've dealt with. I have had the same tech for years and not only is he thorough in the work he does, he hasn't missed a day in years! InsecTek always notifies me of my appointment a day or two before the service and lets me know exactly what time they will be here. Matt has never run behind and gives me a call if he's running early. When he arrives, he always rings the doorbell to ask if there is anything that needs attention. The guy doesn't cut corners and doesn't miss a spot. Well today, my neighbor sent an email to ask if I had a good pest control company. After a glowing recommendation, she gave InsecTek a call. Brace yourself for a harrowing real life ant infestation story that almost ruined my weekend. My…read moreproblem started when I spotted a few small ants in a cluster around a cake crumb stuffing their little ant mouths and loading leftovers on their backs to take back to their colony. I snuffed them out but to no avail as more ants continued to infiltrate my house. First on my counters and by the outlets but it gets worse. I called my regular exterminator (not Green Arrow) who came and sprayed the outside. That night I slept easy thinking my troubles were over. Next day, the ants kept coming after the treatment. Flash forward 5 days, I opened my kitchen pantry and there was a big gang of street ants foraging on the bottom can shelf. Upon further investigation there were also ants on 2 of the walls and under the cabinets. Panicked, I called my exterminator and of course they didn't answer or call back. I created a Yelp project and within minutes Meir, from Green Arrow Pest, called me to help. It was after work hours on Friday and he asked for my address and said he'd be at my house in 9 minutes. True to his word, Mier showed up with time to spare and understood the assignment. We toured my property and Mier inquired about the products the last exterminator used, which I showed him, and he explained his plan that he performed which included spraying the individual ant colonies, spraying along the exterior fence and around the foundation of my house. He also dropped bait crystals and sprayed inside my house. Mier took his time and was extremely thorough and professional. I could tell he was well educated and knowledgeable about all the treatment products, seasons and knew what it takes to get rid of pests. He's also trustworthy and nice, not that the ants care about that as the light dims in their ant eyes. The good news is my ant trauma is over and the ants are now gone, it's been 4 days. In addition, Mier has followed up to check to see if there has been any issues and if the treatment was effective. My old pest company never did that. I've never had such an excellent experience with a pest control company. I highly recommend Green Arrow Pest if anything is bugging you!

We have some rental properties, and our own home, and Sonoran comes out almost always same day, or next day when we have a major issue. Most recently, we had a swarm of bees move into our attic through a gap in the corner of our house. I text Jeremy on Sunday, and he had Hunter out here Monday. We have two small kids and some bees got into the house. They took care of the swarm to keep us safe, and we didn't have to wait days or weeks. We also have Sonoran come out to do perimeter sprays to keep crickets, roaches, whatever else, out of our houses and their solution is very effective, and lasts. They are very affordable and well priced. We had a termite issue and they referred us to another company who did great work. Every pest issues we've had, Sonoran has taken care of very quickly and is always available when we need them!

King Air Duct Cleaning

So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

I asked him to let me know when he was on his way so I could notify her. Not only did he do that, but he notified me again before he knocked on the door to make sure he wasn't waking her up! The cleaning was textbook; he cleared the lint the size of a ball from the vent, did NO upselling, charged exactly what I was quoted and was done quickly. And my clothes now dry on the first load! I just bought this house so I'm sure they haven't been cleaned in ages (if ever), but King Air Duct Cleaning got us rolling again quickly! Thank you-would highly recommend!
