I called a few companies about rodent control and their communication was amazing. Got all of my questions answered immediately via text, they were very transparent with their prices as well as their process. Day of treatment I got a reminder text for our appointment time and the tech showed up right when he said he would. During the process the tech was very polite and patient with my mother in law (who the treatment was for) and he answered all of her questions and showed us everything he did and would recommend. When it rains it pours I was dealing with several issues regarding my health and my family members health when my husband walked in the house and said we have termites. We've been a customer of Insectek for 2 months now and have been very satisfied with the office staff and our field technician Matt. When I first called to inquire about service, all my questions and concerns were answered with patience and professionalism. I have had nothing but positive experiences when I had to call the office for questions or to change my appointment date. Matt has been out to the house twice. Each time he begins the appointment by asking several questions about insect activity we have seen. He has taken the time to walk the perimeter of the house with me and points out any areas of concerns he may see. If I have any concerns Matt ensures he addresses all my concerns. Thanks to my neighbor's recommendation, Insectek has been the best pest control company we've used. We used another pest control company when we first moved in to our house 8 years ago because we have scorpions. We noticed fewer scorpions in the house over time, but we still had active scorpions in several rooms of our house; mostly on tiled areas. Then I decided to spray on my own for a couple of years and that was no better or worse than the previous vendor, but did save me a little money. Flash forward to the hellish summer of 2020 and we had a good amount of scorpion activity in the garage and tiled areas, so I decided to contact Insectek. They had availability within a few days of contacting them and since July 2020, they have provided only excellent, timely and professional service. Within 2 months of them spraying both the outside and inside of our home, we've not found any active scorpions in the house or garage, so they've managed to accomplish what our previous vendor was unable to do by eradicating the scorpions in the house. Scott visited our house to spray over the weekend and he was friendly, on time and we talked a little football while he sprayed the exterior of the house. I've been through a couple pest companies and Insektec is the best. Kevin is always on time and works really hard for the 30 min he is there. I live in a desert area known for scorpions and used to find them inside alive once every two or three months. For the nearly two years I've had Insectek I've only seen two scorpions, and both of them were outside and dead, so you know whatever they are doing is working! I'm new to Arizona and the unique pests, that come with living here. That being said, we kept hearing a rustling in the wall of one of our bedrooms. Sounded like a rodent, making a nest or chewing a wire. It didn't help with my peace of mind that the previous owners left us an Orkin rodent box, strategically placed in the backyard. I had already, called Orkin out and they had confirmed the former owner had placed a call in the fall for rodents. But nothing was found, and the noise was still ever present. I called someone else to schedule a whole house seal. He will be sealing my house next week. We asked for a pest recommendation because he only seals and does not do pests, and he recommended Insectek. We called after I saw 421 5 star reviews. I now know why. They sent Jeremie to our home. Jeremie is amazing. He's new to the company, but not to the industry. He found cracks in the stucco, that a rodent could potentially get in, that I never noticed. He noticed in the room where we heard the sound, that someone had opened the wall in the past. We surmised because they heard the same noise. We never noticed the drywall looking different until bam, it slapped us in the face with his pointing it out. Anyhow, Jeremie went above and beyond. I don't even care that we spent the money we had spent to find rodents. Because I now have peace of mind that there are no rodents. The cause of our mystery noise? The cable box, outside. It was loose, exposed, and had loose wires and apparently when the wind blows it sounds like a rodent. Lol! If I have ANY pest problems in the future, I will only be calling Insectek. read more

I cannot rave enough about this company, not only are they great with customer service, their techs always give me (a very busy mom) a good 20-30 minutes window as to when they are arriving and it is always right on time or close to the estimated time that is given. The techs have always been so kind, asking questions, they are professional and wear booties inside the house. They always finish with a courteous "anything else we can do for you today". We were concerned that we had termites and we called Insectek. They responded in less than an hour. Eventhough it wasnt an emergency, they set up a time to come take a look at the problem the same day. It turns out that it wasnt termites or any type of wood eating insect. They did a free inspection. They also recommended a product (Cyzmic-CS) which kills insects which is kid and pet safe. We did not know about the product but it gets very good reviews. They also gave us information about the differences in treating a basement home vs a non-basement home. We will definitely call them back if we have other issues in the future. I see why these guys have all the positive reviews. read more
