I had the inside and out for 31.00. i have been coming here for years. The few times I questioned why I was coming here. New owner,was trying but not cutting it. Went there 2-8-2024, my last chance for them. Talked to Rachel and told her the issues I was having and she said she would take care of it and thanked me for giving them another chance. They are now called Exotic Hand Car Wash. I rated them low because they are very unfriendly and difficult to understand with their heavy accent. I had the gold service done for $43.00, which was a standard car wash with a few extras, that actually you should expect without charging for the " extras" in a basic car wash. They don't hand wash. They run your car through the automated wash. The quality was sub standard. The windshield was left with streaks ,the wiper area was left dirty, and the front grill still had dirt and bugs left on. read more

When I handed him my punch card, he threw it back at me and said "do you have another way to pay". I was shocked! Extremely rude and no explanation. He started talking loudly about how the old owner walked away with that money and he doesn't make anything. Wow. If I was an own in Spokane and was looking for effective advertising, I would be saying hay....I have your back this time but I can't do it again goind forward. I got the deluxe wash and I am not impressed the inside of the care you could see the wipe marks and where they missed and have overspray all over my leather seats that left spots so had to re-wipe everything down and clean my seats off also had to vacuum because they missed so much. Then go to the outside of the car I will have to wash my rims again because they did such a bad job there are streaks everywhere from not drying it adequately. I left a tip so total cost was about $80 and I will not be back. I usually hand wash my car once a week but thought I would try this to save some time and it backfired. read more

I bought a detailing gift card a few years back and only used one service on it (card is good for two INO detailed washes and two exterior washes) I pulled up and asked the attendant if they still honored this card, which I figured they would. He even said "I don't see why they wouldnt". So I park my car and walk in. No greeting, girl (are you the counter person?) Just gives me a deer-in-the-headlights looks when I present the card to her. She doesn't say much, but says "I will have to check with the owners first". Ok, fair enough, I will wait. So after 3 or 4 minutes of waiting, girl comes back in, owners (man and women) behind her. Slowly walk towards me, with a " thats him..thats the guy" look, as if I did something wrong. So the man approaches me and says they don't take those old cards. That it was the previous owner. I'm like "ok.." So the guy rattles on about how the card is at least 3 or 4 years old...probably maybe even 7 or 8...maybe older. Is this even relevant? I know its not more than 3 years old, but please, act more condescending to me. So I tell them I have to go move my car. As I'm leaving, I hear the woman owner 'schooling' the young counter attendant (who I mentioned when I first walked in). She's "trying" to be discreet, but I can plainly hear her as I exit. I was not impressed number one, by their lack of basic customer service. Number two, their lack of management skill is obvious - customers see, hear, and sense condescension, poor customer service practices, and gossiping. Unfortunately for this company (specifically the 314 W Francis location), I do NOT recommend them. They need major improvement in the areas I mentioned. Maybe you should have been nicer, and possibly even offered an incentive (free reg wash) or something to try and earn what is new business (new owners, whom I've never met anyway). But instead, I was met with indifference, even a little rude. Take note and try to improve these areas guys. Better luck in the future. read more

It is a car wash, a very good one. It is not cheap, but there are plenty of those. If you care enough about your ride to spend a little money on a major investment, then a little maitainence is needed so you won't need a full detail. Just like everyone else they are not perfect and have good and bad days, but the complainers usually have unreal expectations. read more

This is the only car wash in the inland northwest that does an wash and detail quickly and affordable wash on the inside of your car as well as the outside. I spilled half a bottle on RainX windshield wiper fluid on my passenger seat and they were able the steam clean it out for under 20 dollars. read more

I have come to Inside-n-Out for years...but today when I came I was told they were the new owners. My car was the only car there and within 15 minutes it was done and ready to go. That is not a compliment...the inside was a mess...there were streak marks where the glass and console were wiped...and there was still dirt around the seats and on the pedals. There were many missed spots. I had to point out some of the missed spots and expected this to be corrected...they were not. I drove away very disappointed. I am now looking for a new car wash that offers interior cleaning like Inside-n-Out used to be. read more

Now that there's new owners it's a total change, they are very picky about how clean they get your car, when you go to the automatic car wash, they rarely ever get the back of your SUV or truck clean. It takes a little longer to get your car done, but it still worth it. read more

Bait and switch! I pulled up to have my car washed and was told by the employee that those were not the prices. The owners had removed the sign to work on it, and left the old sign remaining. Why would you not do this after hours? I went in to talk to the manager and explained to them the law is that you have to honor the displayed prices. Just to let you know, the reviews that are in this page are mostly for the last owners. Keep in mind that if they only have a few people on staff at the time and they get slammed because the sun came out you will be waiting for awhile. And I have never had an issue with no one at the counter. Except when I get there at 8 and the owner is out there working with his employees. Best time to get there would be first thing in the morning. When I go its about 20 to 30 minutes. If I go and there is 2 lanes deap of 6 + cars in a lane, go get something to eat, your going to be there a while. Get Over It! read more

I haven't brought my car in for two years after they washed my brand new car and left swirls all over the car after apparently using dirty towels to dry it. But today was a completely different experience! This time, my car looked like I had paid for a complete detailing inside and out. Trash! $37.00 for nothing. I got the inside and out package plus tire shine. I keep my car nearly immaculate, but as we all know, they still get dirty (which is why I brought it in). I had gone to this place a few times in the past and they have always done a MEDIOCRE job. Not great, but decent enough. Left today and I had dirt/dust left on my dash, door panels, jams, and mats. They used to remove mats and clean them. Wipe dash, door panels, and jams. I guess this is no longer the case. I also still had dried bird poop on the exterior. In addition, there was some dripping substance on my fenders (over spray from tire shine maybe). Finally, a dirty foot print on my back seat. As long as I've owned the car nobody has ever sat in the back seat, and it wasn't there before (draw your own conclusions). When I asked about these issues I was told, "it was clean when we finished". Hrmmmm... Yup, I grabbed some dirt and scattered it about my car, stomped a foot print onto the seat, then caught a pigeon bare handed and forced him to poop on my car, all so I could complain. Will not be going back, and I suggest you don't go either. One star is far too lenient, but I guess I can't 0 star this place. read more

Went to go get my car washed today, boy did it cost me a lot, a whole whopping 102.00 worth to get cleaned. I never left my car unattended while it went through this car wash, and when it came Out, my wheels were still dirty. Asked the attendant to clean them better, then shut off my car still not leaving it unattended only to find out my 102.00 that was inside my little wallet with my keys that start the car gone. You heard me gone. They were nice enough to leave me my four dollar rebate check that I needed to cash along with a reminder slip of what I needed to do. The owner came down, the sheriffs office was called only to be told it was a he said, she said and that there security cameras are not that good to see visible occurences. Contrary to the prior "yelper" I had a good experience here. My husband had been going to the dump with his Pathfinder and when I got inside of it, it was loaded with ants and hadn't been washed in about 6 months. I thought $22 was reasonable since I had dog fur, ants and something that smelled wicked bad in the truck and they cleaned it beautifully. The staff was friendly and the wait wasn't that long. Plus no hard damage like with the auto car washes around town that has torn off wiper blades. So overall, I would recommend! Thanks for the wash!! read more

Been using Inside for a few years, and though the quality of the jobs can vary some, overall I'm extremely pleased. In fact pleased enough that I gave my wife a year of unlimited in and out cleanings for her birthday. Recently did have an issue with some work done, but after some discussion the problem was completely resolved, in fact I couldn't be happier. As you read these reviews keep in mind that this is a hand wash and clean process, so the results will vary some from visit to visit. I am looking at these other reviews and I am puzzled. We were greeted by the employee. We went inside to pay our bill. The cashier asked if we might qualify for the Senior discount. Isn't that nice? She didn't look at us and say, oh you qualify for the senior discount. Seriously, how sweet is that??? She was also very personable. We asked how long it would take. She told us about 40 minutes. They did a terrible job on my car. Like it looked like they cleaned it inside and out with a dry rag. Towel swipe marks through the dust here and there, etc. Plus they talked me into paying $5 more for a coating that was supposed to make the water dribble right off the car when it rains. But it didn't do that. In fact, I think it's made from glue because my car and windshield was sticky and the pollen in the air didn't blow off when I drove away. Instead it stuck there. And built up over the week. Even though I wasn't happy I didn't think about doing this review until today when I vacuumed my car at Mister Car Wash. I lifted the floor mat and found gum stuck to my mat and my carpet. They mentioned before I left the mats were wet because they took them out and sprayed them down. Pay attention to the negative reviews if you are seeking a decent car wash. Really, really poor quality of service! Did I say really? REALLY poor! They track up your carpet with muddy shoes and when that is pointed out they say, "We do our best. . ." They leave dirt on the exterior and dust on the interior when you have paid for their signature service (inside and out, plus wax) I take care of my car and was attracted to the feature of having the car hand washed, but if it isn't actually completely washed, what is the use? This was my third try with them and they have failed every time! Three strikes and I am done wasting my money here. This used to be the only place I'd bring my car. I bought a monthly membership although I always ended up getting extra things done. I didn't mind because they did such a great job. That was then now not only did they stop monthly membership they also stopped doing a great job. Mirrors weren't done,windows were streaked,mats had a bunch of water on them, cup holders weren't vacuumed,floors were vacuumed hardly at all, dashboard was sort of wiped down. Gave this business several chances, more than I should of. I always payed for the premier inside and out with all the add ons. They never truly wipe down the inside and return it looking like garbage. I gave them one final shot, in which they wrecked my brand new truck as they drove it through the bay. I should have read the reviews before wasting my time getting my car washed at Inside-n-Out. I watched as most of the employees couldn't drive my manual car and they took almost an hour for a basic Handwash. To start everything off one of the employees told me they were short on staff today, because half of them live in a half way house and had a mandatory parole meeting.
