I'm used to the Rittenhouse location, where the counter is 40% shorter, but they have 3x the staff that there was here today. Our group was very slowly helped, even considering the amount of samples that were requested. Service was not the most cheerful either despite the limitations. Ice cream quality is on par with other places. I'd just hope that the number of staff would scale with the size of the place. Hedge your bets with a large group!

Both ice cream flavors were rich and flavorful and had an ample amount of the mixed in ingredients. The waffle cone was tasty and cooked to the perfect crispy texture. And the ice cream went all the way to the bottom of the cone (I always hate when you finish the ice cream and have half an empty cone left over!). I was disappointed they were out of the limited time summer flavors I wanted to try, but I was there toward the end of the evening. If you have a specific flavor you really want, I recommend going early in the day. And the ice cream is a splurge - it's premium ice cream and you're paying a premium price.
