Everything is not quite fully cooked, so you get the soft-chewy type of cookie, and it's warm. For the price I had hoped the cookies would taste better, that's not to say they tasted bad, but they weren't anything special. Pepperidge Farm or Nestle Tollhouse tasted just as good or better at half the cost. And though I liked the brownie, it's hard to make a bad brownie, but not too hard to make a really good one - again, it's adequate. She gave me my two cookies and a scoop of ice cream on a plate and by the time I walked to my car the ice cream had melted to a liquid mess because the cookies were way too hot.
