If I could give this particular place a zero, I would. I've tried getting delivery from this particular location 3 separate occasions and each time they delivered missing 2 or more cookies. Is this how they do business? By charging people $30 for a delivery and not following through. I also called the location and "what do you want us to do about it?" was a great way to help a customer service issue. God forbid you contact customer service either. This place is entirely unprofessional -- the girl who answered my call just a few minutes ago was very rude and disrespectful. I ordered on Uber eats and an hour goes by before I call the star for an update. Apparently the "manager" pushed orders back two hours but no notice was given to Uber eats -- nonetheless, the girl answering the phone was very rude "yes or no do you want the order" and then hung up the phone on me. Great place to grab a late night snack! Service is usually quick and efficient. Cookies are always warm and fresh!

I placed my order at 8:45PM and the cookies were not delivered until 10:54PM. I understand they only have one driver to serve the entire tri-state area or whatever, but I don't think they should take orders for cookies they can't deliver for over two hours. If they had been up front about how long it would take, I would have driven over there myself to pick them up. read more

The order was cancelled like 5 times, and we called them to deliver but they never did. they eventually ORDERED us to come pick them up right before closing which they definitely planned out. they plotted against us. we raced there, and the door was locked and nobody was responding. after waiting there we finally got some wifebeater tattoo dude's attention and he gave us the box and said "oops my bad". then, we opened the box to find that it only contained 1/3 of our order. unbelievable. read more

This location has the worst customer service, to go with hard cold cookies you will receive. (well at least the service & products match (sarcasm)) This review comes after several visits & calls to corporate office. When you dare to ask for warm soft cookies like advertised you will be met with an annoyed look & an exaggerated wait time to deter you from waiting. (How dare you ask them to do the job they are getting paid for) The first time I asked it took 15 mins now it's 45 mins. The most interesting part is.....it's coming from management. (ex General mangers & shift leaders) On one occasion I overheard the manger say to employee who expressed a concern a customer had "I don't care if they call corporate or file a complaint online its going to come to me anyway" Needless to say I ventured inside again today at a different hour than usual to see if anything would be different. Sadly nothing has changed. I spent $42.70 on cookies advertised as warm & soft only to receive overpriced Nabisco hard crumbly cookies. I will never spend another dime at insomnia cookies. I can be lied -to/mislead, treated with hostility for free. I highly suggest to make cookies yourself or find a mom & pop bakery you will be much happier & satisfied knowing they appreciate your business, your cookies will be warm & gooey & a smile to go along with it!! read more

These cookies are to die for! They are warm and fresh. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because they were not ready for the late evening crowd and were waiting for a bunch to finish baking. ZERO STAR RATING FOR DELIVERY SERVICE. I placed my initial order at 6:27pm. I received a notification at 6:47pm that my order had been delivered which is false. My order was never delivered. I called Customer Support at 6:48pm to explain the situation; the Representative setup my order to be redelivered (with notes for Driver to call upon arrival). I waited patiently until 8:15pm because I did not receive a phone call or my cookies. I immediately called back to Customer Support at 8:16pm for additional assistance. The second agent I spoke with informed me my cookies had been delivered again, around 7:11pm. I told her that is false because they were in fact not at my door, and no one called per the notes set by the first Customer Support Representative. ***It is evident the Driver is not paying attention to notes or any details because my order was not received for a second time, and simple instructions were not followed.*** I requested the direct contact information for the store because of the inconvenience I had to experience twice, and I wanted a refund and my cookies. Instead, the Representative contacted the store on my behalf. The Representative then explained the store's offer to redeliver my cookies and a 25% refund ($3.06). This is highly unacceptable because I paid over $12 for these cookies, that of which consisted of a $3.99 delivery fee. The store is not even refunding me the delivery fee, at the least. I most certainly will not spend anymore money with the business. read more

Good cookies, loved them! Needs better parking, was told we couldn't park in the front so its a hassle looking for parking. The packaging is eye pleasing. I had never had insomnia cookies before this location opened up, and, after two deliveries from this unit, I can say I am a fan. The cookies are delivered to you fresh out of the oven, properly packaged and super fast (30 min for baking and delivery fresh cookies is super fast in my opinion). The cookies themselves are simply delicious - I highly recommend the whites chocolate macadamia, chocolate chip, and snickerdoodle. This shop just opened in the middle of a global pandemic and, yes, during some times they seem to be understaffed. On my first order, during Father's Day, my cookies took 2 hours to arrive, so keep that in mind if you're ordering at a high demand time, especially on these first few days they're open. read more

This place honestly is a joke, I seriously do not understand how they are allowed to even stay in business. I work as a healthcare provider and 4 times now I have tried to place an order for myself and my coworkers. The first 3 times I placed an online order and not a single order was delivered. When I called them, I was told I would be given a refund and coupon for any future orders. I never received my refunds and the 4th time I placed an order which was last night, I made sure to call them and place the order over the phone. The lady took my order repeated it back to me, charged me and gave me a conformation number. Of course per usual, I never received my order and here I am 4th time trying to order and not a single order ever delivered. All they have done is take my money. This is straight theft. I will be making sure I place a review every day and will be calling a manager to make sure I get my money back because this is flat out ridiculous and disgusting.
