I am extremely disappointed with this company. My realtor referred me to them and I hired them because of this. The cost was about $290 for an 866 sqft. Glenn was professional and prompt on our appointment however 2 days after living in my condo my husband noticed a leak. Isn't this why you hire a home inspector? To find a leak!?!? Well, I closed last week and every window frame has damage, the washer doesn't work, and my toilet leaks. I emailed the company and got no response. I trust her nearly 45 years of experience, so when she says a company is the best there is, I take note of it. Look elsewhere. Nice looking report, but poor inspection. Don't trust that he will do a proper inspection. Unless you are right there, you'll be disappointed in the quality of inspection. We found out the hard way, and when we contacted the inspector, he was not very pleasant, not will to help in any manner. You would do better to find another inspector. Sometimes a newer inspector is better than one who has been around for a while. read more
