I reached out to Ken to schedule a a home inspection and sewer line scope. He was immediately able to fit me on the schedule a couple days out. Ken and Cole arrived early to start the inspection. As Cole set up the sewer scope, Ken was setting up the drone to inspect the roof. Cole was very informative in showing me what they look for in the sewer lines. They both then did a thorough inspection of the rear of the home, grabbing my attention when needed. The entire experience was very educational and efficient. Ken sent me the report on Monday morning -- clearly he worked on it over the weekend knowing I wanted to get through inspections promptly! The report was comprehensive, included recommendations, general thoughts, and plenty of photos. There were also videos of the sewer scope. I am a new homeowner as of 6 months ago. I used Triton for my home inspection in June 2025 and ever since taking ownership of the home I have been identifying several things that were problematic and should have been picked up during the home inspection. I am saddened and frustrated because if these were identified during a thorough home inspection I could have leveraged my contingencies to save myself thousands of dollars. Many of the issues that have arisen are not covered by my home warranty and I have been forced to pay out of pocket for these repairs. These were things that any professional should have been able to identify as they were very clearly not right. Wiring issues, rust issues, plumbing issues, and even fire hazards. None of the things that have subsequently errupted were noted on Triton's inspection report. This is super unfortunate because at the time I found it easy to schedule with Triton and their prices are competitive. But now I am regretting that I didnt spend a couple hundred bucks more for a better inspection. In my case I was apparently penny wise and pound foolish. I regret to say it but I can't recommend this company. For your own sake, make sure you get the most out of your home inspection and identify any issues while you have the chance!! If your report comes up light, get a second opinion! Thats what I should have done, it would have been worth the money read more

It requires a thoughtful, competent person to do thorough home inspections. Ken did a complete job and pointed out serious flaws at a beautifully remodeled and high priced house. I had already entered escrow by this time. He pointed out a cracked slab and a roof that was improperly installed (with solar panels on top.) The slab crack was mostly below pretty new flooring and cabinets. It could have turned into a serious flood if pipes broke inside the concrete. I've had it happen to the tune of $35,000. My real estate broker asked if that slab crack was a deal breaker and I said I'd like to review the complete report. When the defective roof was listed along with the crack, I decided it was too much to risk. So thanks Ken for doing exactly what I needed. I'll see you again soon. read more
