Well guess what? That was a line because now when I want to replace the carpeting I am being told they don't recommend uninstalling desks but would be happy to install a whole new system. This is all items Jolene did not complete for the rooms she cleaned:…read more Showing up 2 hrs late, no vacuum, no sweeping, no dusting, no mopping, no washing walls-only kitchen, didn't put microwave back together, no walk thru of filthy house, dirty sponges left on floors, soaking wet floors with puddles of water with no dirt even cleaned up, sink full of food, dishwasher dirty, false advertising of eco friendly products which caused serious safety risk for Client due to owners lie, put her employee at risk who couldn't breathe because she didn't tell her we had cats, we gave the poor girl medication 3 times, she should NOT have been there. She also was deathly afraid of dogs. Jolene did not tell her we had dogs. The poor girl was previously bit by a dog. We had to stand outside in the cold with the dogs while it was 40 degrees because she brought someone traumatized by dogs. Jolene says "next time I'll bring someone else". Owner put clients & her employee in serious unsafe situations due to her fraud and false advertising. The owner herself was the one who "cleaned" didn't even walk thru the house and when we contacted her 1 min after they left with photos and videos, she sent the poor girl in who couldn't breathe even tho the areas were what the owner didn't clean. Do NOT hire her. I'm not paying for this service, she didn't have me pay prior to service or sign a contract. She knew the services were horrible. She threatened me via text when contacted about the clean. Saying "she don't play with her money" and many more documented threats. She was blocked immediately. Out of courtesy, I'm paying her for wiping the counters and bottom, front of the fridge. Beware!!! All videos and photos are spaces the owner, Jolene supposedly cleaned.

TLDR; damaged two of my appliances, damaged my granite kitchen countertop, damaged my…read morebaseboard/trim, didn't clean well at all and in some places, left more of a mess, including skipping an ENTIRE level of my house. Owner will not compensate for damages or replacement of items. In my experience, this company delivered extremely poor service and caused significant damage to my home. They left my house dirtier than before--dust, crumbs, etc.--and even skipped an entire floor. They also damaged the control panel on my stove (now unrepairable), ruined my 10-in-one Ninja air fryer, damaged my granite counter top, and plugged in an air freshener upside down, damaging my baseboard/trim. The owner told me to determine repair costs myself and has refused to compensate me for the service call fees to determine potential repair costs, and she will not replace or compensate for further damages. She offered $300, which I declined, because I am still out my initial $100 deposit, the $131 repair visit, and now the cost of a stove panel that can't be replaced, a new Ninja 10-in-one, and damaged granite and baseboard/trim . She is now ghosting me after I requested she replace the Ninja-10-in-one and reimburse for the deposit and service call for the damaged control panel. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I have wasted far too much time and energy dealing with a very unprofessional business owner who refuses to take accountability for damages caused by her employees. Lesson learned on my end, and hope to save others from a similar headache.
