While you may find Lakeshore Learning inside the box. Funny. I called to ask if I can return them. They said the packing supposed to be like that. I mean, the guy's attitude sounded like my products were perfect and how dare you challenge that? Fine. Check the picture out. They charged 25% restocking fee if you want to return. Btw, on that day I picked up, one guy from the store parked his truck very close to my car. I crawled into my car from the passenger seat.

There is definitely a wide variety of stuff, from vintage clothing, to old car emblems, home decor, old business signs, and toys that, depending on your age, might make you remember the good old days. Prices can be a bit high, and some vendors will haggle, but this isn't really the kind of market where you get an amazing deal. Most people know what they have and know the market for their stuff. Vendors are still friendly though and will chat about what they have. Located in the old Laguna Hills parking lot, it has about 10-12 rows of vendors that are about 50 yards long. Last time we went there was an agua fresca stand but no food vendors. Even though it's in a parking lot, parking can be a challenge so be prepared. Everything is under construction as the mall is closed down and the buildings are empty so people kind of just park wherever. All that said, this can make for a great weekend activity to get out and walk around. Though it is infinitely better in the morning when it is less crowded and cooler outside! Being in a parking lot there is no shade and things heat up quickly in the afternoon. Overall, a solid local experience, especially if you like flea markets.

As someone who shops at TJ Maxx and HomeGoods almost every week, I was honestly surprised by this policy. I don't understand why a simple exchange needs to be turned into two separate transactions. It came across as more of an unwillingness to help than an actual customer service solution. This policy can also be a major inconvenience for customers who are on a budget and cannot afford to temporarily spend additional money. If your refund takes time to go back onto your card, you still need to come up with additional money on the spot to purchase the replacement items. Not everyone has extra cash available to essentially pay twice while waiting for their original purchase to be refunded. I spoke with the manager, Jerry, who confirmed that this location does not do exchanges and that their policy is to process a return first and then have the customer make a completely new purchase. What made the experience even more disappointing was the way the situation was handled. The interaction felt rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable just a straightforward exchange and some basic customer service. As a loyal and frequent TJ Maxx and HomeGoods customer, I expected much better customer service and professionalism from this location. A simple exchange should not become a financial inconvenience for the customer. Very disappointing experience.

At checkout, I was also told to hurry up, which felt unnecessarily rude. On my second visit, I returned a few items. During the process, she repeatedly examined each item, sighed, and showed visible frustration, which made the interaction feel awkward and unwelcoming. I understand everyone has off days, but customer-facing roles require a basic level of courtesy. I hope management takes this feedback into account.
