YZ was great!! We had an issue with iPhone 11 suspecting of water damage. Asked for help on Yelp and YZ was quick on the reply. He listed out all of the possible common causes and repair options based on the phone's boot loop symptoms when I visited the store. Very knowledge all around even with more difficult resolutions in data recovery. However we were super happy when he found the issue which by replacing one sensor was able to get the phone back up and running. After many years of use, our laptop was having so many issues that we decided it was time to get a new one.
