I dropped my iPhone 12 Pro and broke the back glass and the front screen. I was terrified because I use my phone for my work. I looked up the nearest repair shop and found InstaFix. Went to the play and dropped off my phone. The store was super clean and even smelled good. The staff there was very helpful and nice. They knew exactly what the issue was and gave me a ticket in 5 minutes. Trustworthy place and I felt real comfortable there. The screen took them about 25 minutes and they finished it real quick. Wow wow wow. The amount of customer service this storefront has. Wow. I found InstaFix through yelp wanting to fix my iPhone 11 Pro Max screen. Context - I had dropped my phone and the back LCD had 2 lines running down the screen. I went to the store and was greeted by Yanal with absolute confidence that my phone would be fixed and not have any issues. Yanal thoroughly explained the different screen options they had and the pros and cons of each one. After choosing my option, he had told me the phone would take an hour to get done, but before I knew it, after a quick 20 minutes, Yanal told me my phone was good to go! I was a thrilled customer especially with the aggressive pricing InstaFix had :) What really sold me on the customer service was - About 3-4 weeks after my screen was replaced, ios16 had came out. Me, a tech freak, was excited to download it and check out the quirks and features the new software embraced. I commenced an overnight download/instal on my phone and by the time I woke up, my phone was glitching and was unusable. Since my work has a lot to do with my phone, my frustration was through the roof!! I was able to call InstaFix again, worried another employee would answer and not know my situation, but luckily Yanal answered and remembered who I was (even remembered my name, brownie points for customer service). He told me to stop by and he'd take a look at my phone. On yelp, InstaFix's hours state they close at 7pm. Unfortunately due to work, I couldn't get there until 6:30. I thought it would be a quick 15 minute fix and I'll be off in no time. Yanal graciously stayed until 8:30pm working on my phone with a smile on his face.... 8:30!! Unfortunately my phone was not able to be finished so he offered my a loaner phone, free of charge!! By this point, my jaw had dropped and I felt in debt to this man. The next morning, I woke up to a few articles sent by Yanal stating this is a common issue and he assured me it was being worked on. By 10am, I received a video text of my phone working and a call saying that it was ready for pick up. All in all, 10,000/10 for the remarkable customer service. Yanal is the MAN!!! His bright and positive attitude makes it worth while working with him and his customer service has exceeded my expectations! I am very satisfied with Instafix in Foothill Ranch! YZ really seems to know his stuff and is a joy to deal with. He is courteous, professional and knows the meaning of good customer service. I highly recommend Instafix! For those interested in a few more details: My sister and I both have the same model smartphone - a Motorola G7 Power - and both of us were experiencing different problems. Obviously, Motorola phones are not very widely used, so the first several repair places I contacted told me they couldn't help me. However, Instafix said they were familiar with Motorola phones and would gladly take a look at them. The problem with my phone seemed to be rather straight forward. The phone suddenly stopped making any sounds at all. Incoming calls did not ring, email & text notifications did not beep and if I called someone, I could not hear a single word the other person said. In short, my phone went totally silent. YZ was able to diagnose the problem quickly and my phone now works perfectly. The problem with my sister's phone was more complex and intermittent, which are always more difficult to diagnose. In short, about half the time, people on the other end of my sister's calls could not understand most of what my sister was saying. Sometimes they could understand her fine, while other times they had so much trouble, the conversation couldn't continue. Very frustrating and perplexing! ??? It took YZ a little longer to diagnose my sister's phone problem, but he was able to determine the cause that same afternoon. I will spare you the details, but the primary cause of the problem turned out to be something very unusual and nothing I would have expected. However, YZ did figure it out and my sister and her friends haven't had to cut a single conversation short since. Needless to say, if my sister or I have any more phone issues - or any other electronic devices - we will be contacting YZ and Instafix first thing. read more
