I feel so lucky that I found Instafix and Yanel through Yelp. I use computers regularly, but I wouldn't consider myself "computer savvy" at all. So when my older MacBook Pro started acting up, I started getting nervous since I have a lot of things stored on there. I sent a out a request for quotes on Yelp and Instafix responded and seemed to understand what might be going on. They quoted me their standard rates for typical repairs and told me to come anytime. I was there in a couple hours and met Yanel. I explained my situation and he immediately had some possible reasons and solutions for the problem. This put me at ease right away. Yanel worked on my laptop while I waited and magically had it back working within an hour. It wasn't a simple issue, but Yanel was able to get on the right path to solving my problems right off the bat. I had another new laptop with battery issues that I brought along and he was able to resolve and replace that in a few hours as well. Now I have both computers working flawlessly. Totally amazed and thankful I was able to find Instanfix and Yanel. I also signed up for their Tech Pro Service Plan at $15 a month. I got the battery replaced for 15% off and Yanel helped me with other software issues at no charge. For a computer user like me, this service plan was a no brainer. I came in after damaging my company issued laptop. Since I caused the damage I was responsible for covering the cost for the repair. Luckily I found this place. Not only did they diagnose the problem for free they gave me 2 options for repair and explained to me the pros and cons for each option. I chose the least expensive route and they had it done a couple hours later.
