I ordered the battery and it was delivered before they had promised. When I arrived, the repair was immediately started. YZ brought my iPhone 14 pro max back from the dead here is what he had done 1 he replaced my screen after a severe crack 2 he was able to replace my iPhone sensor free of charge 3 he was able to get my iPhone out of permantly being stuck on recovery mode and was able to update my iPhone to the newest iOS update 4 he was able to repair my battery after not being able to charge no matter what outlet and charging cable i used after doing these four things and being fast as well when it comes to repairing. hopefully i wont have to come back for repairs but when a accident does occur i know for sure ill be coming back and having 100 percent confidence he will get the job done and at a reasonable price read more

I've come to Instafix twice now. Both times for breaking the, uh... same phone screen... Don't judge me. YZ happened to have the part in stock both times, and handled each repair in under an hour, even though I dropped in without an appointment. I like YZ, he's a super friendly guy. The last time when I left he joked that he hoped he wouldn't see me again. But the reality is if I had to see him again, sure I'd be out some money, but it wouldn't be so bad because he's a solid dude. It must be bittersweet, helping all these people, never to see them again. Maybe as his ex-customers we should poke our heads in and say hi sometimes. Brighten his day as he has brightened our malfunctioning phone screens and Nintendo Switches. The phone came back looking factory fresh each time. He does really good work. I mention this because not long after the first fix, I cracked the screen when I was out of town and had to get it repaired by some shop in Nevada that was not Instafix and did not have YZ in it. But it had great online reviews. The guy there, he was honest and did his best, but it came back to me with glue oozing out of the sides, and the method he used to replace the screen ended up causing the screen to fail a few days later. But what was I gonna do, drive five hours back to Nevada to have that same guy probably botch it again, or drop in on my man YZ who gives honest prices and does it right every time? I think you already know the answer to that. The first time I went to Instafix, I asked YZ what's the soonest someone has smashed their phone screen after getting it fixed. He said it happened right outside his shop, immediately after the repair. Now, maybe that fellow was clumsy, or maybe he got some shocking news and forgot he was holding a phone and just let it go. But maybe it was more that he was like the lifelong prison inmate who doesn't know what to do once he's out on parole, so he commits a crime to get sent back to jail so he can see his prison friends. Maybe he just wasn't ready to say goodbye to YZ and Instafix. I think about that from time to time. read more

Stumbled across this gym if a store InstaFix! I broke my iPhone 11 so I called them to see if they do repairs and they were so nice over the phone and assured me that they could do it in no time. So I decided to try this place out cuz they were close to me and man were they awesome. Super clean store and organized. They got this wall of old school phones in frames which was pretty cool. They took the phone to the back and started working on it immediately. Brought it back to me in about 25 minutes.
